Great day out. Guides... - Great day out. Guides Tracey and Linda were great and made the day fun. You get to see the Norwegian countryside by train, boat and bus. The day went in very fast. Expensive but I think it is definitely worth it

Highly recommended excursion into the Lysefjord - Nice excursion with the catamaran into the Lysefjord. Very nice crew, who told us a lot about the individual sights. Highly recommended, everything worked out smoothly. The excursion lasts approx. 3.5 hours, you travel approx. 1 hour to the Lysefjord. In the fjord, you can see very impressive rock formations, including the Pulpit Rock and waterfalls.

Cozy but flexible close up view of the lysefjord. - Cozy but flexible way to see the lysefjord- went with teens, husband and 83 yo grandma. Very flexible for comfort and viewing. Could go outside or stay inside as desired. Lovely modern and well maintained ship. Hot chocolate (for purchase) was great. The views were stunning. Definitely worth it.

Our first stop was the... - Our first stop was the cave. Too bad our boat cannot get closer because the other boat was in front of the cave. I thought our boat will wait and go in later, but the boat captain decided to leave and didn’t go back. So we were disappointed. For the pulpit rock, our boat was too close to the cliff and we had to look up and still unable to see it. Then the cloud came. So we were not able to see it. It will be better if the boat didn’t stay too close to the cliff. The waterfall was the most fun part of this tour. The ship got so close to the waterfalls

Cancellation 2 hours before - 2 hours before departure they canceled the cruise claiming a maintenance operation, even though the person on site selling tickets admitted that they were canceling due to a lack of people. No replacement offer on the same day, not even on another airline. We wasted our time, we traveled for nothing, and we missed the opportunity to take this tour. No compensation from the company, nor from Get Your Guide. Just a refund. That is the way they treat their customers.
