Lunch is not included, giving guests the freedom to select from the city’s top restaurants for a genuine culinary experience.
- To avoid crowds at Christ the Redeemer, we recommend starting the tour as early as possible. Our earliest time is 6:30am.
- To watch the stunning sunset from Sugar Loaf Mountain, we recommend starting the tour at 11:30am or later.
- The “Real Gabinete Português de Leitura (Royal Portuguese Reading Room) is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We will visit another attraction on those days.
- If you are staying at Barra da Tijuca and Recreio, we recommend starting your tour at 6:30 AM to avoid heavy traffic and experience the best of Rio.
- We recommend installing Whatsapp Messenger app in your phone when coming to Brazil. It’s very popular here and it will make your communication much easier. It’s a free app, available on both Play Store (Android) and Apple Store (iPhones).

great tour with Fabiana and Johnny - great personalized experience . got fast pass to Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf mountain so we covered a lot within 8 hours including botanical garden and lunch in Leblon

Exceptional from start to finish - What an experience to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf just being there was amazing and the views from both overlooking the beautiful Rio de Janiero were breathtaking.
Be free tours sent us a luxury sprinter van and driver which were great and our private guide Higor was the best a one of a kind and not only showed us a great time but we were really treated like VIP’s we had skip the line passes but with Higor who is like a celebrity guide we were passing all the lines in a minute. We had such a great experience we booked another tour with them. I would definitely recommend befreetours.com and Higor is a must!!

A wonderful day in Rio de Janeiro!!!!!! - Our tour was incredible! Our guide was Gabrielle. She was so wonderful!! Gabrielle was engaging and very knowledgeable. We also had a driver that was very kind. They both took the best care of us. This was the best all day tour we have ever done. The sites in Rio were awesome. We highly recommend!!!!

Great private tour with Higor - It was a great day with Higor. Go early to Christ the Redeemer so that it isn’t crazy busy. It was amazing. Sugarloaf story was interesting but was really crowded. Higor took us around the city and explained some of Rios history which was great. We got cheesy bread and had a great experience. Our driver Jonny was great too!

Must book this private tour! Especially with Ana Maria - Honestly best part of our entire trip! I highly recommend Ana Maria! She was the best. She made touring Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer a breeze and almost effortless. We learned so much on the way!

Great way to see the main attractions in Rio - We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Gabrielle, was very informative, punctual and friendly. We saw all the points that were included in the package, including Christ the Redeemer, the Sugar Loaf Mountain and the old town. We started at 7:00 am, which safed us time by avoiding the city traffic and the lineups to the main attractions. We highly recommend Gabrielle and her driver Romerus who was also very helpful and attentive. His car was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful especially with... - Beautiful especially with the prority in the queues. The advantage with a good lunch no waste of time in a restaurant we were able to visit more things. Good guide (English ) to see absolutely with a guide speaking French
