What a fantastic trip!!!!! - This your was one of the highlights of our holiday - expectations were high having read reviews left by others previously and we were not disappointed in any way, in fact our expectations were exceeded! Hian was our guide, and he was absolutely superb, a wonderful sense of humour, very knowledgeable and his command of languages superb. At each attraction, we were given more than enough time to have a look around, also helped by Hian's expert advice on particular features to look for. The food at the lunch break was very good with plenty of choice. For sure it was a long day, but what a day, my wife and I had an absolutely fantastic time and we would most certainly recommend this trip to anyone considering it, it was fantastic!!!!

G, and his van driver companion tooks up to Christ The Redeemer and safely trough Favelas, and other historic sites. - “G” Guilherme was an excellent guide! Spoke many languages well. Great choice!

Wonderful highly recommended - The guide Cassio was amazing, showing us everything. Interesting points, highlights of the city and key points. The lunch included was great as well!

Guide made the best of a rainy day - All the highlights... but so rainy gray and overcast. She had a great attitude and made it as pleasant as it possibly could be

Very good but long - Nice day! But a lot of people during visits! So the day was long with all expectations .(beginning 9am end 7pm) general visit (sugar bread , Christ, cathedral, santa teresa ..)

Good guide, great highlights of Rio, bus dirty - Content of the tour was good. While I accept traffic, it took 1.5h to collect all people from the hotels, often standing and waiting. Also bus was still filled with trash from day before (water bottles, napkins, banana skins etc) Also space when fully booked tour is not sufficient if you spend full day in the bus.

Return not met - The tour was very good, but within the agreed deadline we proceeded with the cancellation of one of the attendees, promised a refund that to date has not been fulfilled

Very poor engagement of our guide from minute one - We were the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off which in our case added probably 2 hours to our day ……10 hours in total. On pick up we had to approach the bus ourselves, the bus having no obvious sign to identify it as our tour bus with the guide sitting in the front bus rather than looking for his passengers ….after waiting more than 10 mins outside the 2nd pick up , only after we approached the guide did he get out to look for the next group. Same drill on the 3rd pick , again +10 mins! So after 45 Minutes , 1 mile and 3 stops only 2 groups collected . Absolute joke !! As for the tour : 1 first stop Sugarloaf and no doubt very special and an absolute must see. 2 lunchtime buffet - which was good but too early in the tour 3 Maracana stadium- 20 min stop outside not up to much ( asked our guide how many times Brazil won the World Cup….3 times he said - actually 5 in fact) 4 Cathedral stop - interesting building , outside quite ugly very unique 5 Selarón Steps - again worth seeing …..VERY crowded by the time we got there 6 Christ the Redeemer …..outstanding an worth the hype….truly spectacular Sorry to say but our guide ( Rodriguez) just wasn’t great - hardly engaged apart from the most perfunctory comments …..didn’t help that he had no mic in the bus making it very difficult to hear him ….and was he not at all engaging ….others in the group felt the same Sadly I cannot recommend this tour company if this is typical of their standard. My advice is do the Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer , independently- the amount of extra time it may take is way less than the hanging around to be endured collecting other groups and waiting for folks to return to meeting points on time.
