- Sambódromo da Marquês de Sapucaí - The tour passes in front of the Sambadrome, the venue for Rio’s famous Carnival parades. This is a panoramic visit only, with no stops.
- The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian - Internal visit.

Excellent tour in the city of Rio - Very complete and interesting excursion where we visit the main attractions of Rio de Janeiro. Excellent driver and very rich and complete food. Luciana did a great job, very attentive, friendly and responsible. However, sometimes the time to be in each place was a little short. I also understand that it is necessary to meet the schedules of the itinerary.

Alexia and xandao the best. - Very nice experience with Alexia as a guide and xandao as a very predisposed driver throughout the excursion very cheerful and fun I loved and recommend them to those who come to Rio.

It was a very organized... - It was a very organized full day trip in Rio including Christ the Redeemer and cable car ride at the Sugarloaf . We really enjoyed it. Raquel is an amazing tour guide.

Excellent tour! Worst lunch ever - It was very good except the included lunch. It was extremely expensive and the place looked very poor and low quality. We initially did not include the option but it was difficult to have another option because there were no other places where they stopped. But it was a very bad place. Imagine a very rundown place and poor looking place. It it was very expensive...like $40 dollars per person. A total robbery

Solid itinerary - details could be better - Experienced guide and schedule seeing important attractions. Gave it three stars because the following could be better:
* Guide’a speaker was muffled and hard to understand
* Details for each site can be more interesting, had to google myself to get more color on the sites
* Safety - drop off for lunch was in the middle of a risky turn of the highway, by luck no one got hurt
* Only 45 minutes for all-you-can-eat restaurant is not enough because it takes them time to bring the meat, also some people wanted dessert and didn’t have time. The group next to us got 1:15
* Will be nice to include food tasting, I saw other groups do that at the Sugarloaf mountain with the nuts and sweets

Opt for a private tour and fast-tracks instead. - For some travellers this tour will meet their needs and they will see the highlights of some key RdJ sites, including Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf. However, there certainly must be better options than fighting crowds and excruciating lineups for 10 or 12 hours in such a beautiful city - in the heat of summer, during high season. Do yourself a favour and opt for a private tour, whatever the extra cost. The hotel pickup being 20 minutes late is understandable and forgivable; having to wait an extra 20 minutes for the van driver at the Seleron Steps (which were also unbelievably crowded) not so much. Just seemed like we were rushing and somewhat disorganized all day. We blame ourselves - should have gone private and fast-track instead.
