Confirmed Booking Refused – Completely Unprofessional and Disorganized - ***** CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION***** Absolutely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. We had a confirmed and fully paid 2:00pm helicopter booking. We arrived hours early and took a one-hour Uber specifically to be on time. This is not how a serious aviation operator should conduct business. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Upon arrival, we were told they were "one hour behind" and “fully booked” and could not accommodate us — because we booked through TripAdvisor. That is not the customer’s problem. A confirmed reservation is a confirmed reservation, regardless of booking platform. This is clear overbooking and complete operational incompetence. The manager, Caro, refused to provide her last name and refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a solution, she simply redirected us to TripAdvisor and said it had nothing to do with them. We wasted time, money (Uber), and part of our trip because of their mismanagement. If they cannot honor confirmed reservations, they should not accept third-party bookings. Avoid this operator if you value reliability and professionalism.
