Magnificent - It was amazing, the guide Nelma and the driver Ricardo very nice and kind.
It was very magical the feeling of knowing the main tourist points of Rio.

Cristo and City Tour - Day 30 September rating. Congratulations, for the excellent service, we had today from the guide Paloma and driver Ricardo, on the ride to the Cristo and City tour. The car, punctuality, receptivity, care and professionalism, note 10. The Agency, from the first contact until today, were excellent. I recommend.

Very beautiful scenery.... - Wonderful and hitch free experience. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was warm and patient. Took his time to provide relevant history at the sites as well as during transfers.
Very beautiful scenery at Christ the Redeemer statue, got to have a view of the city.👌. .Oh and then the view of the city from mirante is breathtaking, from here you see sugar loaf and the beach (Copacabana I guess), you’d also sight the statue and appreciate the height (again) from sea level. We were there on a Sunday morning in September and from what we gathered, this was good timing as there’s less traffic. However to enjoy the tour fully, it’s advisable to wear comfortable and warm clothes, also take a jacket cos it may be cold as you ascend

The best!!! - It was perfect! Nelma and Jeferson were wonderful, we felt that we knew them for years, made the tour get much better, we were very well oriented and the whole tour was very fun ❤️

Smooth Tour - This was the best decision ever made to visit Christ the redeemer. The tour guide was very helpful and communicated well through WhatsApp pick up was easy and each stop was a breeze. She was very informative and gave us a quick history lesson at each stop! BOOK with this Tour guide!

The Corcovado/Christ... - The Corcovado/Christ Redeemer portion of the tour was good. The rest was not special. Although my tour was scheduled for ~5 hours, it was combined with others on tour for several more hours. The tour guide communicated poorly about when the shorter tour ended. I and others on the shorter tour were not immediately transported to our respective drop-off destinations. Regardless of which tour, the choice of buffet restaurant was awful. It was way too crowded, and communication was poor from the tour guide about the dining cost. There are better tours for sites within the city and likely better options for Corcovado.

Tour guide mainly spoke in Portuguese - If you are English speaking then this is not for you. Our tour guide spoke mainly in Portuguese and didn’t explain much in English. Half of the time we did not know what was going on. When we went to the steps, we were only given the opportunity to take a picture and had to leave. Ended up spending more time in the souvenir shop than we actually did on the selaron steps. No chance to walk up the steps. Everything was rushed and we did not get to enjoy that part of the excursion. During the drive the tour guide spoke about the history but this was only in Portuguese. Very disappointing . The only highlight was actually being at Christ the redeemer as we got an hour to do that by ourselves and enjoy it

DISCRIMINATION - The assigned guide was derogatory with the Peruvians, there was a couple of Peruvians who were delaying and he made a comment to the rest of the group mentioning that the Peruvians always delay, never apologize, always delay, are not polite, etc. My friend told her that I should not release those comments and that on top of that I who was there was Peruvian; there she tried to justify herself but I found it inadequate on top coming from the guide itself.
