Night in the jungle 2 days and 1 night maybe? - It was an incredible experience, we couldn't sleep in the jungle because the day we went there was not this tour on the program and we were informed that there would be night in the jungle every day by the agency, this would be a point to improve. But only the experience of the tour was worth it. All I have to do is thank the ipanema lodge for the education, reception and the indescribable tours of so beautiful. And also thank the responsible agency for removing questions and responding quickly.

Top!!! Coming soon 2 nights rather than 1 night - 2 days and one night booked. Great, eventful arrival. Various Things to do and nice people to meet. Guide was great. Food was also included Soon I would even book 2 nights, since you then also have the possibility (besides one night in the pousada) to sleep in the jungle in the hammock.

AMAZING AMAZON TRIP - I am solo traveler by nature. This trip was amazing!! Eddie, the red head guide was awesome, very nice and knowledgeable, his English is pretty good and did every thing to make sure I was ok and happy. Every thing was well Planned coordinated and implemented The lodge was VERY VERY NICE, wish my stay had been longer…the staff there were also super nice…

Will repeat someday - It’s hard to say one thing, I enjoyed everything. Only one regret - sadly, that I booked only one day :(

Unique experience! - We took the 1 night walk in the jungle, we were at the Ipanema Lodge. We did the fishing of the piranhas in the river Paraná do Mamori, it was cool. We saw a giant tree standing on the banks of the river TBM. More at the end of the day We made the focus of Jacaré, appears their little eyes shining, hehe. Then we went to the jungle, the staff had already made the tents, I was super nice, the guides James, Jamaica and João are too. We dined in the jungle and slept in net, it's different. At night we hear the noise of the jungle, monkeys and other animals, it's amazing. In the morning the guides made breakfast, eggs and bread and coffee, then we went to the trail, well, we saw spiders and monkeys, the question of seeing more or less bixos depends on the day. Then we return to the guest house the boat ride, it is very mass. We have lunch and we return to Manaus!

Little foresight - If you want a real adventure, this is your tour, if you expect a fully prepared tour this is NOT your tour. I tell of our experience. We were a group of 6 people: You are taken by boat two guides from the bungalows area to the jungle, about 30 min journey and one of them turns with the boat and stays in return the next day to an hour to the same site. A guide stays with the group, when we went I did not know that an area of the jungle was completely flooded 200m ahead and we could not continue, he had to run back to warn the guide of the boat to take us to the other area bordering the river. After leaving us on the other side we walked for half an hour through the jungle and in a completely unspoilt place decided to camp. He set up a big tarp in a small tree space saying it was just for backpacks and we set up hammocks around it. Surprise us when we found out we'd sleep without a tarpaulin on it in case it rained... It's time for dinner. The guide brought a chicken to roast. He told us to get dry sticks to make the bonfire. Mission impossible, everything was wet. He didn't have any ignition pills, burning alcohol or dry firewood, just a handful of candles. After an hour trying to light the light with wet wood it was decided to desist and our dinner became a small banana per person and a muffin. There was a lot of night ahead of us and after chatting we went into the hammocks to sleep. We managed to sleep just 3h before at 2:45 a.m. a bluster woke us up and forced us to stand at 7 under the tarpaulin he had put up for the material. We spent the next 41⁄2 hours under the tarp while the guide went to sleep in his hammock in the rain. At 7 am he woke up and we went for a walk in the jungle until 7.40. Afterwards we collected everything and returned to the starting point where we waited for the return of the boat at 11.30am as agreed the previous day, as there is no coverage and no walkies to communicate. Nothing happened to any of us, but if we'd been stung by something and put bad... What would be the procedure? Wait until 11.30 for the partner to come to get us out of there... Total adventure...
