It was a great time ... beautiful setting, solid instruction, good equipment, novel experience.
SUP Yoga with Adventure Paddle School was a beautiful experience in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Lillian. The yoga was relaxed and flowy and ideal for all abilities as you could choose to do variations of the poses to increase the intensity or take things a little easier. The boards are more stable than I expected and were easy to balance on. This was a great way to bliss out on a Tuesday evening.
Easy to register, very friendly staff, awesome yoga- not the fluffy kind where te instructor uses cheesy words.
