Great island tour - Our driver was very informative and took us to places where we could get the very best views of the island. We saw the historic buildings in town, then went to the mountain top to see the view from the top. There is a huge gift shop with a bar there plus a great viewing platform. Our driver (sorry, I forgot his name) provided us with chips and water or soft drinks while we were touring.

Best Sightseeing Tour - Book this tour. The tour guide was awesome and well knowledgeable about the history of St Thomas. I had a wonderful experience!!

Nice tour but unorganized - Guide was late then had to go to atm to pay port fee. Then drove around to pick up 2 more people. Used them 20 years ago at the last minute and thought it was great.

Our 2 1/2 tour took 4... - Our 2 1/2 tour took 4 hours. If you plan this trip, do not plan anything else in the afternoon. We had other plans and we were in a huge time crunch to get back when the 2 1/2 turned into four.

Service and route is not what Viator advertises and describes - This is supposed to be a Godfrey travel and trip should be on their own Godfrey tour bus, but instead their tour guide just called another third party (name was Love Cab) tour bus/truck. Tour guide told our driver what we all had purchased, not all passenger had the same itinerary, some had 2.5 hour tour some had 4.5 hour tour, driver nodded and we took off. Only destination that was according to the described locations is the high lookout point, rest of the stops were all over the place, some of the other travelers requested to be dropped off at their hotel which was on the other side of island, so our 2.5 hour trip turned into a 4-5 hour trip due to driver just going wherever everyone else told him to go and drop them off. Some of the stops like shopping and beach we never stopped there because once again we were on the other side of island dropping off passengers, even though everyone was supposed to be picked up and dropped off at the same location. Oh and guide...? Don't even bother with guide, our driver pointed out 2-3 attractions at most on the way and it was hardly understandable due to his accent. This tour is NOT what it says in the description, its whatever you want it to be if you have a strong voice and can convince the driver to go to the places you want or need.

Worst tour ever - We have been on a lot of Viator tours and have never had a problem before. To start the bus showed up 10 minutes late and then went to a flea market (that was not on the schedule) to shop for 45 minutes. We left there left 20 minutes late and on a different bus with different driver. The speaker system on the bus was so bad that you could not understand anything the driver said. We stopped at the top of the island but again left 20 minutes late after another 25 minutes of shopping. We stopped at Drakes seat but the driver spent 10 minutes going thru the list of passengers (which should have done before we ever started). Found out 3 of the passengers were supposed to be on the 4 hour beach tour not our island tour. He pulled into a scenic overlook and hit a parked car. We never saw Bluebeards castle. We arrived back at the cruise dock 2 hours late on a 2 1/2 hour tour. We have asked for a refund.

Awful tour - This was not well organized, and the 2 1/2-hour sightseeing ended up being 4 1/2 hours, with most of the time waiting for another bus or shopping, which we did not want. If we wanted to go shopping, we would have signed up for another tour that included shopping. After being picked up, we drove to the parking lot of an outdoor shopping market and then waited for almost an hour waiting for a second bus to pick us up. The stops described in the write-up did not sound like the places we ended up. The driver did talk, but we could not hear it. Some of the people on our bus said they were to be taken to the beach for swimming, but since it was late in the day already, they had to be back at their ship that had a 3 pm return time and they wouldn't have made it. Overall, this was a horrid tour and we should have our fees refunded. I have taken Viators before and have always been satisfied. This is the first time that it was not good at all.
