Catch a ride on the Star Trolley for a fun an informative tour - We recently bought a home in St Pete and wanted to know more about our new city. Our driver Richard was courteous and very knowledgeable. The tour took us to so many interesting places (including St Pete distillery) that we will circle back and visit. A cooler with water and beverages was included. Fell more in love with St Pete after this tour.

Everyone should take this tour of the St. Pete area!! - We had a wonderful time. The tour was just the right amount of history and sites!!
It was great to see so much without the hassle of driving the route ourselves. Our driver/guide was friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

Saw a lot of the city - Felt like we saw a lot of the city. Each area was well described. We liked having the TV monitor has a visual aid supporting the audio portion.

Relaxing Trolley Ride - My mom and I did the tour and enjoyed the 1 hour 45 mins of relaxed sight seeing. It’s not live narration but covered what we needed. They stopped for 20 mins at a distillery for bathroom / whatever you need break. I recommend. The parking area was easy and we walked around after.

St Pete by cable - Got a good look at St. Pete, and saw interesting parts that we would not have seen on our own. We don’t drink, so spending 20 minutes at a distillery was really not necessary.

Great history tour - Similar to the free Looper tour but a bit more in depth. They provide cold waters & beers and make a stop at a distillery. Good way to start off a trip here & get the lay of the land

Disappointing Star trolley tour - Review of Star Trolley – St. Petersburg, FL
I booked a two-hour city trolley tour with Star Trolley and was extremely disappointed by how unprofessionally everything was handled. The trolley was 45 minutes late, leaving everyone who had paid for the tour standing out in the cold in a parking lot, wondering if they were ever going to show up.
Despite making multiple phone calls and sending text messages to the company, no one ever responded to confirm whether the tour was still happening. When the trolley finally arrived, the driver told us he hadn’t even known about our scheduled tour and was working on a broken fence when his boss called to tell him there were people waiting. If I hadn’t kept calling, it sounds like the tour might never have happened at all.
I’ve heard from others that this kind of situation has occurred before and that they were at least offered free vouchers for another tour as an apology. We received no such consideration—only an excuse. Even though the driver extended the route to give us the full two hours, the late start threw off everyone’s plans and made for a frustrating experience from start to finish.
It would have been nice if management had simply returned a call or message to explain the delay, but that courtesy was never given. Overall, I found the company’s communication and professionalism extremely lacking. I do not recommend Star Trolley for any tours and will not be using them again
