Outstanding Tasting Experience in St. Pete - Booked tickets for the tasting and it was absolutely worth it. The experience started with a delicious, well‑balanced craft cocktail, then moved into a great overview of the distillery’s history and process. The tour wrapped up in their speakeasy, where we tasted six of their signature, award‑winning spirits—each one distinctive and well presented. The staff delivered excellent hospitality from start to finish, making the whole visit relaxed, informative, and genuinely fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top‑tier craft spirits experience in St. Petersburg

Loved the tour…and the spirits! - This was an incredible place with the very nicest people. We knew we’d be too late for the last tour, as our arrival time was 4:15pm, so we planned to have a cocktail and shop. But the tour guide took our group of 8 anyway, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Matthew group up in Bourbon country, in central KY. We learned, we tasted, and we bought! Many of us had had tastings before, but he taught us a way to do it that really brought out the flavors of the spirits. The cocktails were amazing! Definitely try a pina colada. It’s so smooth and coconut-y, almost like a boozy Dole whip. We bought two bags full of things to take home. Will definitely try to come back in a few years when we’re back in the area. They are expanding and there will be additions to the tour in the future.

Had a great time. - Went to the Distillery on a whim and caught the 3:00 tour. Matt was a fantastic tour guide! We learned the right way to taste liquor and that the flavor of the botanicals in gin are fragile if not treated properly. My wife and I had a hard time choosing a favorite flavor since all were excellent, But the tour and tasting were definitely worth the admission.

Nothing like seeing it made - and trying a sip!! - The folks at the distillery knocked it out of the ballpark! Great tour! Very informative and taken to areas that I've never seen in other distillery tours! The LAB! So incredibly interesting to me as a chemistry major in college! Not overly technical but the guide tolerated my 'chemistry' questions exceptionally well and with humor! Whether a scientist or someone just interested in the behind-the-scenes activities of a distillery, this tour is for you!

Worth a visit - The tour was interesting, just the right length of time. Worth the fee, comes with a cocktail to start the tour then ends with samples from at least 7 or 8 spirits distilled on premise. Great way to spend an hour.

Black Friday Fun - Fantastic experience from start to finish! Matthew was our tour guide. We enjoyed his ability to blend Kentucky bourbon trail knowledge into Florida distilling. My family had so much fun that we decided to stay longer and do the chocolate tasting/pairing as well. Beautifully kept facilities and everything was more than reasonably priced.
