Maxing experience! - Great experience! My boyfriend and I did the tour in a tandem kayak. It was really fun! We saw a lot of fish. It was scenic and beautiful! Enjoyed the glass bottom of the kayak and the LED light attached. Would definitely do it again!

Night adventures - This was an awesome experience! I would not suggest it for small kids, but inexperienced canoe and kayak riders would love this! Its a bit of a work out but SOOOO worth it! You get to see many different sea animals; we saw shrimp, swimming crabs, sleeping pelicans, squawking Ingrids, and a few beautiful dolphins!! The most exciting part was posting up under the big bridge and feeding the swarm of catfish! It was so cool, they come out of nowhere, ready to hang and get free food!!! 🙌🐠🐟🐬 The two guides Jake and Andrew were awesome, understanding, and very kind! Great experience all around!

Didn’t see sharks, but a lot of catfish 🥰 - The guides were funny and friendly! I had a lot of fun. The catfish were so cool. Once you get to the bridge you will see more of you are closer to the group.

Not worth it - It was nothing like the picture advertised. Nothing to do with sharks. We assume someone’s kayak scared a manatee. Nearly flipped them over. Lights on front of boated only were dim. Couldn’t see very well. Saw catfish but nothing like advertised.

Horrible Communication - I understand that they had to cancel due to weather and that is not their fault, however, the absolute total lack of communication from them was awful. I called the number so many times and got ahold of no one, I messaged, I asked questions beforehand, and nothing. They only reached out to cancel and offer a reschedule or refund. It was our last day in Florida so I requested a refund and they didn’t say a word after. Several days later, after I’d requested a refund through the booking site itself, it was completed. But I never heard a single word from them and was at the point I was going to have to combat the charges at my bank. What seemed like a really fun experience turned into so much frustration and utter disregard for someone who had paid money to use their services. If there is any chance of cancelling due to weather, do not schedule. I can’t speak to the experience itself since it was cancelled, but their communication and business skills are absolutely terrible.
