Magical experience: Horseback and Bamboo Rafting - Quest Transfers and Tours (Dalton) was communicative from booking through the excursion's end. He made the entire trip worry-free, including helpful tips on navigating and avoiding local vendor interactions (based on previous customer experiences). He was very timely, friendly and informative about the island. Horseback on the beach was like out of a movie-- magical. Our guide Omar was pleasant and a great teacher on horse handling and the land itself (plants, etc). This was truly a private tour, just us, our horses Princess and Sheba and the beautiful beach. We rode on the beach for about 15 minutes then entered the water to make the trip back to the starting point. Along the way, Omar took a bunch of awesome pictures and videos with our phones, even stopping for some posed shots of us. These captured moments include spectacular views and the natural sounds of the ocean, making the experience one we can relive for years to come! From horseback riding to the bamboo experience was about a 10-minute drive. Bamboo rafting itself was beautiful and tranquil. Our only critique was the limestone massage option. Even though we expressed that we were not interested, our raft captain continued to pressure us and try to convince us otherwise. It took my husband having to express visible disagreement before he let it go. The trip itself was lovely (as advertised). Each captain decorates their raft to represent Jamaica, including music (Bob Marley of course!) and opportunities to have our pictures taken (with our phones) steering the raft and of us at the head of the raft. The trip stops at a small beach where there are a few vendors (which Dalton had prepared us for). They allowed us to enjoy the beach, take pictures and not bother us. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The trip back to the start point was just as relaxing. On the way back to the hotel, Dalton asked if we wanted to make any other stops for food, or shopping. We recommend Quest Transfers and Tours excursions!

Wonderfully relaxing raft experience - Andre was a terrific guide for the raft experience and the music, beware of the drink prices however which were at little rediculous at the venue location

Great way to experience some of Jamaica for the first time! - We had a great time at both the horse back riding and the bamboo rafting! It was so much fun riding the horses along the beach and then getting out in the water with them! The horses were very gentle and the guides were so much fun, joking, laughing, even taking our phones and taking videos and photos all along the way. The captain of our bamboo raft was also a lot of fun to be around. He danced, played music, and even let us venture out on the raft to take stand and take photos, even took some for us as well with our phones. But maybe the best part of the day was our driver, Kenneth! He informed us of different things along the way between sites, keep our valuables secure while we were engaged in the different activities, and then drove us to a great restaurant at our request where we could try jerk chicken, pork, and sausage. Then after leaving the restaurant, at our request, dropped us off at a shopping district near the ship where we could look through the shops before returning to the ship! I would highly recommend this excursion and if you are lucky enough to have Kenneth as your driver, you will have an awesome day!

The day started out great... - The day started out great with our driver, Dalton. He was so welcoming and flexible with our family. It was raining on and off and he was able to accommodate our time changes in order to try to avoid the rain. We started off with the horseback riding on the beach. The guides were great with the kids and took a lot of pictures with our own phone. The second part of the trip was the bamboo rafting. Our two guides had such great energy and even let the kids steer the bamboo raft for a little bit. We caught a beautiful rainbow halfway through the trip. We had a wonderful time on this excursion.

Only 30 minutes per excursion - The two experiences are only 30 minutes long each. I participated in other similar excursions which were more than an hour long eat. At the horse back riding Kevin immediately told us that our excursion would be cut short due to traffic ask for tips throughout the excursion. The bamboo part of the excursion was pleasant but we were on the bamboo raft for 20 minutes only. It's just wasn't worth the money
