Greatest Transportation Experience In St Maarten - Someone I know recommended Alpha Transportation. I contacted Juliana via Whatsapp and she responded right away. The communication was very clear and accurate. Juliana is the person that picked us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket and dropped us off at our villa for the five days. Not only did she provide transportation, Juliana also recommended restaurants to have our anniversary dinner and my husband's birthday celebration. We used this transportation company the whole time we were there. Whenever we need Juliana, she was right there on time. Juliana was kind, personable and polite. We really enjoyed our experience with her. I will definitely recommend her company for anyone else visiting St. Maarten. PS, her vans always smelled good, which is very important to my sensitive nose. :-)

The van was in excellent... - The van was in excellent condition and super clean. Air conditioner worked great, and our driver was super nice. Nothing but good things to say and I’d recommend this company.

Used this service from... - Used this service from the airport and even though our plane was 2 hours late I made sure to let them know. Sure enough they were right outside baggage claim when we arrived! Janelle and Alisha (sp?) were awesome! They gave us their card and we called for a ride to and from our Rain Forest adventure (definitely a great time on the ziplines!) driver again was wonderful- friendly and great conversationalist! On the way back to the airport had another great driver who kept us laughing the whole way to the airport! Highly recommend leaving the driving to these wonderful folks!

Our drive Alyssa was... - Our drive Alyssa was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. She is very courteous and friendly. She answered all our questions. Highly recommend having her as a driver.

Welcoming and Reliable - Alpha Transportation provided excellent service during our family trip to Saint Maarten to celebrate my son’s birthday and graduation from high school. We used their services for Airport Transfer, Island Tour and a trip to Philipsburg. Airport Transfer The directions provided made it easy to locate them upon arrival. There was a pleasant young lady at the designated spot with my name who directed us to the vehicle. Joseph was our driver. He was very welcoming to all 7 of us. On the ride to the resort he pointing out places to eat and things to do while on the island. Island Tour Dre provided our island tour. He too was very welcoming. He was a great orator of island history. Stopped at some great spots for pictures. Which my dad and son loved. Took us to see some beautiful beaches. He let us take our time at each stop never making us feel rushed. Just an awesome day. Phillipsburg Because we liked them so much we requested a ride to Phillipsburg. Once again Joseph picked us up. He also remembered it was my son’s birthday that day. Which was nice. He advised pick up would be at the drop off location and to let him know when we were ready. We hung out for a couple of hours and he came back get us. I would highly recommend Alpha services. The vehicles are comfortable. Heck my dad look to see if they were sold in the states he wanted to buy one lol. The people are friendly and professional. The communication was great. Change our pick up time and they were able to accommodate same day request with a great attitude. Thank you so much Joseph, Dre and who was communicating with me on the app 😊. You guys really added to our trip.

I would use them again... - Our drivers were great. It took us 2 hours to get out of the airport (customs back up) to meet up with our driver and even though he was waiting that long he greeted us with a big welcoming smile! He provided us with great information about the island and local spots. Our driver on way back to airport was just as friendly and informative. I would definitely use them again.

No show despite booking through Tripadvisor - Booked the car and good comms once I had paid my fare to the airport . 30 mins prior to pick up I called to confirm only to be told “ oh yeah we were just about to call you, the driver can’t make it he has had an accident “ no other drivers assigned ? They sounded so relaxed about it it must happen all the time. I doubt I will get my money back and I just made my flight
