Once a Roundtrip Transfer is booked, the reservation is entered into the system, and a driver is assigned to transport guests to their hotel or accommodation.

On the day of arrival, the driver will be at the airport in advance, ready for the flight’s landing.

After clearing customs and immigration and collecting luggage, guests should exit through the white sliding door, turn immediately right, and look for the grey booth/desk marked “SLASPA” at the bottom. By providing their name or QR Code, the staff will contact the driver from the parking area.

The driver will then meet and greet the guests, assist with luggage, and commence the journey once everyone and everything is on board. During the drive to the hotel, the driver will highlight key communities and points of interest, and if desired, make a brief stop for a quick photo. Guests are encouraged to ask any questions about the island, utilizing the driver’s extensive knowledge. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver will assist with luggage again, ensure nothing is left behind, and then depart.
