Originally we thought tour included the Lemp Mansion.
Was a nice historical tour. No ghosts the
This tour was awesome and our tour guide was so enthusiastic about the tour that it made the experience so much more enjoyable! Our tour guide stayed after the tour to answer any questions we had which was very nice. I can't wait to do a different tour!
We took our staff to this tour and we all had an excellent time!
Nice tour but most of the time the microphone was set so low that we could hardly hear the tour guide when he spoke. Also,I think there needs to be smaller groups.
Would have been interesting go into some of the places on the tour
We had absolutely no idea what to expect on this tour, but we were not disappointed at all! My 12-year-old granddaughter was with us, and she loved it too! It was extremely informative. We found out about things from that neighborhood that I had never heard and I have lived in St. Louis all my life. Thanks for a lovely night!
Lots of very well informed historical content, wanted more detailed ghost/spirit/haunted content. Tour guide was well informed! Easy to hear. Personable. Funny. You should have a rating between 4 stars & 5 stars.
Interesting history about the Lemp family, mansion, and brewery. And our tour guide was knowledgeable about other haunted homes and buildings in that part of St. Louis.
Lots of history of the area, a fascinating part of St Louis!
For me I wasn’t able to enjoy the experience as much because children were on the tour. They were very well behaved, but all I could focus on was how some of the topics were inappropriate for young kids and that took away from my experience.
Difficult to hear the tour guide. Microphone needed to be louder.
It was obvious our guide is new at this but he tried hard and I appreciate that. The highlights for us were the brewery tour and the gift shop.
The group was too large (34?) for everyone to hear tour guide's comments as we filed over the broken concrete sidewalks. Being an older participant, I couldn't keep up with the sprint of the pack leaders. Perhaps consider the use of multiple guides for mid-group participation? After all, our admission price was no less than a younger person. The history behind the sightings was greatly appreciated, it was well researched. The knowledge of the guide was good, but he needs a polish on story-telling techniques to bring pizzazz to the dry facts.
I thought the iPad was a nice touch for the photos. I did think there could be more details in general. A more extensive description of event and reports along with personal speculation would definitely make the tour more interesting. That being said I believe the tour was more worth 20 dollars instead of 25. I would have been more likely to tip the tour guide had he given his opinion about strange occurrences and historical events.
This was such a fun time!!! For ghost believers and nonbelievers! You’ll get the chance to see some of the city’s breathtaking locations and learn about the dark history surrounding them too. I am not a believer in ghosts and my boyfriend is and I can tell you first hand that there is something for everyone! Our tour guide was phenomenal and provided us with some wonderful stories just in time for Halloween. The tour comprised of about 15 people and the tour was intimate enough where we found ourselves laughing and having a good time with these strangers. There was definitely a lot of walking which is obvious to most with these tours, but if you weren’t sure for whatever reason, do know you’ll need comfortable shoes. Even as a skeptic I would definitely do it again!!
Mike was nice, the tour was fun and interesting. Would recommend.
It was all very interesting (despite the stories having a fair amount of here-say) but that is to be expected during a ghost tour. It helped the tour guide was clearly passionate about the topics he was covering. The biggest let down though was not being able to go into almost all of the buildings.
Our guide was informative and encouraged questions.
Very informative about st. Louis history. Lived here my whole life and learned a lot of new information. Look forward to booking more tours in the future.
The tour guide was very educated and gave great information. I loved the entire tour and will definitely recommend this to others. I think doing it at night was really neat too.
Very fun, educational tour. Mark, our guide was awesome!
It was very interesting I enjoyed the tour. Was shorter than I expected. Otherwise well done
Was expecting more details on the Lemp brewery campus. Like the caves and other details. Was a nice history tour overall.
