St John’s tour - Wonderful day with our driver/ tour guide Keith. His enthusiasm and obvious pride in his home town made this a memorable experience. Keith showed us many areas and sites not listed in the tour description, but very interesting. Thank you Keith for making our day in St. John’s a day we won’t forget.

A tour with Keith - We took a tour of St. John's, Newfoundland and enjoyed it. Keith was a great guide and told us a lot of interesting facts. We saw everything we wanted. It was a great experience. I recommend it.

Great Trip to Newfoundland - Personal experience in local's vehicle and saw many highlights such as lighthouse, Cabot point,

Great visit with Keith - Keith was a fantastik story teller! We had a great time although there was a lot of closed streets. A very good way of looking at St-John rapidly

Quidi vidi tour - Guide was friendly and outgoing. He came in a Nisan so 3 of us were squashed in the backseat. Felt we would have learned more if we drove to these places ourselves. Saw church and the rooms didn't stop. Quidi

A good beginning to the area around St John's - Quidi Vidi is an ok site but overrated in my opinion. Signal Hill is worth the climb especially if you have a tour guide who has given you the background to the history of the area.

Tour Cancelled While Standing There Waiting - Showed up at pickup spot one mile from ship. About ten others there. All had small van pickup. Then just us and one other couple. Then told excursion was cancelled! Two days prior had reminder that all was good. Got email sbout 4 hours later letting us know. Was not a good experience. Did spots wanted with Uber which ended up being cheaper and more efficient.

Do Not Book with See Sight Tours - Terrible Customer Service - We were removed from tour Without Prior Notice - Absolutely the worst customer service. Very poor communication and response to inquiry about why we were removed from the tour. We were removed from the tour without prior notice. We received our electronic tickets confirming our Aug. 10th 9am tour the day before the tour and arrived at the pickup location and were never picked up. I called the customer service number and was told they removed us from the tour as it was overbooked. We did not receive a call, email or text message confirming we were removed from this tour. I received a phone call from See Sight Tours on August 8th asking if we could move to the 1:30pm time on the same day. I replied that we could not move to this time and confirmed that we would still be on the 9am tour. The person I spoke with confirmed we would be on the 9am tour. On Aug. 9th, I received a text message and e-mail asking if I could move to a different time. I again replied that I could not move to another time. At no time was I told that I would be removed from the 9am time. We arrived at the pickup location just before 8am and waited for the bus. The tour bus did not show up. I called the customer service number at 8:35am the day of tour. The person I spoke with on the day of the tour told me it was overbooked and we were removed from the tour. They said I would be given a refund that would be processed that day. I asked for a manager to call me regarding this and never received a call back. My refund was finally processed 4 days later only after I called the customer service number again. I again asked to speak with a manager regarding this matter and was told they would get back to me.
I still have not received a call. I will never book a tour through See Sight Tours again.
