Just Book It!! Eh - Captain Andrew made the booking seamless and Captain Danny took care of all our sightseeing and snorkeling needs. This is a great alternative to the crowds and the morning trip beats the crowds. Captain Danny is so efficient and gets you to all the good spots before the big groups arrive. Unfortunately the floating pizza shop was fully booked that day but Captain Danny will call your orders in ahead of time to save time. They have a cooler full of ice for any drinks you want to bring and the dock has a huge selection to choose from. I like that this is an optional cost and not automatically included in your booking. We chose the smaller boat and I was surprised at how AMAZING it was! Lots of room for 8 people and music vibe was great. The snorkeling gear was clean and the masked didn’t fog up once…everything worked awesome.
The cost of a taxi from the ferry terminal was $17/person each way and easy to arrange. Our driver even planned to pick us up and take us back to ferry.
Our tour overall was simplistic, smoothness and stunning. Captain Danny was fun, informative and super classy! Definitely book with Bonus time Tours and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We Came Back for a Reason: Outstanding Charter Experience - This was our second time out with Bonus Time Charters in St. John, and that alone should say a lot! We had Captain Andrew on our first trip and Captain Steve on our second, and both were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and really focused on making sure we had the exact experience we were looking for. Everything felt easy, personalized, and fun from start to finish. We would absolutely go out with them again and highly recommend Bonus Time Charters to anyone visiting St. John or St. Thomas!

Captain Danny helped make... - Captain Danny helped make our first day in the Virgin Islands a truly memorable experience. We saw beautiful scenery, learned about cool landmarks, found great snorkeling spots, and Danny even preordered our lunch. Would definitely book again.

A Perfect Day - Fantastic!! Captain Andrew was the best! He was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He allowed us to pick our own itinerary, as well as providing us with incredible snorkeling experiences. It was a wonderful day for all of us.

Half Day Charter St Thomas - We had the best time on our boat charter with Bonus Time!! We had a group of 9 people and everyone agreed it was the highlight of our trip to St Thomas. Out captain Andrew was awesome and the boat was really nice and well maintained. It was really fun to get to pick our own itinerary and our captain recommended an awesome snorkeling spot where we saw so many sea turtles. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience, 10/10 - This was SO fun! Absolutely the highlight of our cruise. Our two guides were so cool and nice and we had a great time talking with them. The pizza pi boat was delicious and such a unique experience to eat from a floating restaurant. We were very happy to book this and the snorkeling was great. Thank you!

Professionals, Flexible, Safe - Captain Steve is great!! He definitely knows the waters and we felt very safe even through the seas were a little choppy. The team was also very flexible: they worked with our cruise schedule, they were able to accommodate kids including our 16 month old daughter, and they honored our last minute request of adding on some friends we ran into last minute on the cruise. Wonderful experience and we would 100% do it all over again with this crew!

Seniors beware of this unpleasant rude captain. - The boat was beautiful, the snorkeling was great, and the drinks were amazing made by Steph, who was very attentive, kind, cheerful, top notch hospitality! However cannot say the same for the captain whose name was Vick. Being in our 60's, we were amazed and shocked at the rudeness, and disrespect of this young man. We mentioned it jokingly to him several times, hopeful he would get the hint, but avoidance was the best action for us, so we did not interact with him after all the comments. If you are a senior adult, I would highly recommend making sure he is not your captain. His comments are demeaning and disrespectful for the hospitality service industry.
