Highly recommend - So much fun. Attended with my 2 teenage children and lovely to see them so relaxed and laughing. Totally recommend.

Great fun and energy! - We really enjoyed the tour! Both guides were energetic and skilled story tellers. It was funny and quirky and very British humour. You also get a good feel for St David's as a place and some of its history and myths. Definitely worth doing!

Really entertaining tour. You won’t believe your ears. - Excellent. Irreverent, engaging, funny, “informative” and featured one of the worlds most iconic windows. Strongly recommend!

Give this a shot and lighten up! - Great fun way to spend 1.5hrs. Playful rendition of some history and all very thought provoking! History can take itself too seriously….. so we love what our guides have done on this walking tour. Rugg was an absolute gem…. Really gave a sense that she is a Welsh diamond, showcasing that droll warmth wonderfully - st.david was great but he’s mentioned lots in the reviews- we need to big up Rug!
St David himself….. should sing more on the tour! I was blown away by his rendition (won’t spoil it for future attendees) what a talent!!! Please incorporate more Singing St.David. Xx

Funny outdoor theatre tour - Laughed a lot and enjoyed this tour very much. It’s interactive outdoor theatre on a more personal level. Not sure how much history if any is in it but certainly very funny!

Unique and Entertaining - We attending the tour on our first night in St David’s and it was a great welcome to the city. Dai and Rug are welcoming, very friendly and ofcourse, very funny. We had such a fun time and thought it was great value for money too. I feel my partner and I will have some new silly inside joke references as a result of the tour haha, thanks for an excellent evening :)

St David’s Comedy Walkkng Tour - ‘Pun’tastic walking tour experience, Dai & Rug are rib achingly funny comedic team; what a laugh: whistling, bells, monks (shhh) Frank the dove, Goat Street gore and I’m seeing pub names in a different light …. real feel good entertainment which we are still chuckling about.

Good fun - Fun experience. The female performer made me laugh so hard. Clever use of town landmarks but also the male performer provided a bit of history about the area. Good fun

A Tour with a Great Deal of Heart - A Tour with a Great Deal of Heart
We recently went on the St Davids walking tour and it's clear how much effort the guides put into their work. They were incredibly friendly and passionate, and their hard work to create a memorable experience was evident throughout the evening. Their enthusiasm truly made the atmosphere a pleasant one. They even encouraged a group rendition of 'Happy Birthday' to our six year old friend Albie, who walked past and recognised his fellow campers.
However, we chose this tour specifically for the promise of both humor and historical accuracy, and unfortunately, it didn't quite meet our expectations on those two fronts. The comedic elements felt a bit forced and didn't land with our group, and we found that the stories were more entertaining folklore than verifiable historical fact.
While the tour was not what we had hoped for, we do want to commend the guides for their kindness and dedication. For those looking for a charming, personality-driven walk rather than a fact-heavy or comedy-driven one, this might be a better fit.

Not as funny as anticipated from previous reviews. - Although both parties that played St David and his hagiographer Rhygyfarch tried hard to be funny, most of their 'gags' were more cringe worthy than comedic. It was difficult to determine elements which were based on historic fact from those stories seemingly introduced for alleged comedic effect. You'll learn more about St David by spending 5 minutes on Wikipedia. Whether the point of the tour is to be informative or entertaining, it fell short of either objective. We were part of a small group of 6 and admittedly audience participation was minimal. Hate to say I was disappointed but I was, so unfortunately cannot recommend.
