First time to St Augustine - Relaxing tour of city of St. Augustine. You can hop on and off at the numerous stops. Our tour guide was Pepper, and she was very knowledgeable and entertaining. My husband has a mobility scooter. It was very easy to get the scooter on and off, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this as your starting point. It will help you decide what you would like to visit because there is so much to see.

Excellent way to spend the day in St Augustine fl! Learn lots and stay a little cooler during the summer - St Augustine was a beautiful town and we found that taking the old town trolley a few times during the summer days was great way to learn more from the knowledgeable driver/guides about the history and saved us energy on these hot days. TripAdvisor had a special on the old town trolly where we saved $30 and included free parking. Not bad! Overall an amazing town with friendly people. Would use the OldTown Trolley again!

Trolley Tour Time! - July is a hot month in St. Augustine, too hot to walk around town until it cools off in early evening. So we took the Hop-On, Hop-Off Trolley Tour! But we didn't "hop"; we stayed on for the whole tour! Our driver was comedic, and we had a great time receiving an overview to St. Augustine for our first time there. We spent at least an 90 minutes on the tour, listening to history and seeing interesting architecture. You could take a ride around and then go back to the places you want to see- we had the rest of the day to take the ride. It was a great introduction to the city, and although it was hot, we were comfortable enough on our sightseeing tour!

Great tour and great people - We had never been to St Augustine before and the trolly tour seemed like a good way to get the lay of the land. We got on at the Visitor Information Center which had easy paid parking in the parking garage. (Having a shady parking area was a plus in July.) Our tour guide James was fantastic. He was knowledegable and entertaining and nothing felt canned or stale. We got off at the last stop, the Fountain of Youth park (we had gotten tickets at the Visitor Center) which was a beautiful historical park and worth doing in its own right. We had planned to take a leisurely walk back to the visitor center about a mile away but we got caught in a downpour not far from the Old Senator Tree. Another trolly tour guide kindly stopped to pick us up even though it wasn't a scheduled stop. After he completed his tour, the last of the day (which was also well done and entertaining and we even learned a few new things) he dropped us off at their main station. There we were offered a shuttle back to the Visitor Center. The tour was well worth doing and we really felt they also went the extra mile to take care of us and make us feel welcome.

Outstanding employees and pleasant experience! - I was traveling with my family, including my handicapped Mother, and the team from the trolley was so incredibly kind in tending to my mother’s needs as she was not able to do the high step up. Alexis organized getting a shuttle, bringing us to a location where it was safe for her to get on. Alexis is an exception employee and because of her and the rest of the team, I will recommend your service in any city that you provide services in. Kudos for hiring outstanding employees!!!!

Trolley is a Great Way to Start Your St. Augustine Vacation - So glad we got the Hop On and Off two day passes for the Trolley Tour. We drove up to St. Augustine around 10am and headed right into town, stopping at 167 San Marco. Free parking and a few steps away we purchased tickets from lovely trolley ladies. Got a map and hopped on. A little rainy so they gave us trolley rain ponchos. Excellent stories as we went stop to stop taking great photos and video. Glad it was such a cool day. Children would need to be safely between parents as no doors. Fun and practical! Run every 15 minutes until you board the last 4:30pm trolley. Ask for specific details on where to board if you have a destination and time frame in mind. Have fun and don’t forget to take a safe boat tour either Captain Zach of EcoTours. You will get yo view St. Augustine from the water and experience the history and wildlife you learned about with Captain Zach. Exhilarating and educational- this water adventure is a must after your trolley tour.
