Minneriya National Park - An early start is planned for today as the group embarks on a scenic drive north to Habarana. After enjoying a delicious lunch, the adventure continues with a thrilling 4x4 jeep safari in a nearby national park. Depending on the season, the visit will be to either Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park, where the elephants are most likely to be found. This is a fantastic chance to observe over 200 elephants in their natural environment, along with monkeys, crocodiles, and possibly even a leopard! Following an exhilarating afternoon, the group will return to the hotel for a restful evening.
Lions Rock, Dambulla Caves & Matale Spice Plantations
Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - Sigiriya, also known as “Lion Rock,” is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Sri Lanka. This 5th-century rock fortress and palace complex was constructed by King Kasyapa. It boasts the ruins of a royal palace at the summit, a mid-level terrace adorned with frescoes and a “Mirror Wall” featuring ancient graffiti, and water gardens with advanced irrigation at its base. The site is renowned for its dramatic location atop a 200-meter high rock column and its well-preserved ancient architecture and engineering.

After leaving a lotus blossom as an offering, the journey continues.
Kandy View Point - Kandy View Point, also known as Arthur’s Seat, is a popular scenic overlook in Kandy, Sri Lanka, offering panoramic views of the city, Kandy Lake, and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Situated on Rajapihilla Mawatha, it is a tranquil spot popular for photography.
Kandy Market Hall - There will be some free time in Kandy to shop or enjoy the surroundings. While strolling around Kandy Lake, be sure to feed the thousands of fish that follow and watch for the many bats resting in the trees!
