Makes Every Safari an Adventure! - I first went on safari with Daya Safari Samitha in Dec 2025 and left wondering if I would’ve enjoyed that safari as much if I had gone with anyone else! We had 8 leopard sightings just within 2 days (during the rainy season mind you) and most of them were simply through Samitha’s sheer dedication and good instinct of knowing where to look for the sighting and a little bit of patience. It was a very refreshing experience as we were rarely ever stuck in jeep traffic jams like we’ve sadly seen online. His commitment to trying so hard to show us something or the other even on dry runs was what put the excitement into each of our Safari rounds. You won’t be disappointed choosing Daya Safari for your next Safari!

Never left disappointed! - My family and I have been going with Samitha from Daya Safari for close to a decade and have never been disappointed with what he’s managed to show us on safari while being completely ethical and professional. Samitha is not only an expert at maneuvering the jeep through the trickiest spots to get you the best photo opps but also has a keen eye for spotting animals while driving! Him and Thanura know not only the terrain of Yala like the back of their hand but also have good instincts to be able to track down leopards so you’re not left chasing after jeeps just to catch sightings. 100% recommend Daya Safari - Samitha and the team.

Unmatched Dedication – 11 Leopards in 2 Days! - My friends and I have been booking with Daya Safari Jeep Service for over 5 years now, and I have always managed to see a leopard. What sets Sam (from Daya Safari) and his crew apart is their sheer commitment. They are quite strategic, knowing exactly when to wait and when to keep searching. Unforgettable Safari Adventure in Yala - I recently had the opportunity to go on a safari in Yala, and it was an unforgettable experience. Daya Safari provided a well-organized tour with knowledgeable guides who were passionate about wildlife and conservation. The vehicle was comfortable and equipped for a safe journey through the park. Unforgettable Safari Experience with Daya Safari Jeep Service - Had an amazing safari with Daya Safari Jeep Service! The jeep was comfortable, our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, and we got to see a great variety of wildlife, including elephants and many birds. Everything was well-organised, safe, and good value for money. Highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Tissamaharama.

Memorable, once in a lifetime experience - My friends and I had one of the best experiences in yala. Our tracker, I believe his name was Samitha, was able to show us a leopard killing a calf! It was truly amazing. Hats off to the team as the whole experience was dealt with utmost profesionalis and they were all so hospitable. We got the options to have the best authentic Sri Lankan food provided by them for the whole safari round as we were in the jungle from morning till park close. 100% recommend Daya safari if you want a truly memorable, authentic Sri Lankan jungle experience!

Truly Amazing Evening & Morning Safari [Full Day] - During our tour to Yala National park this time around, we planned to do two safaris. One in the evening and other one in the morning. We had a really good 4*4 jeep which was in perfect condition and a driver who had two years of game experience. The dynamics of the park was very different this time around as it had rained really heavily and I knew if anyone was able to maneuver the vehicle through this it had to be a really good driver. We were very lucky to see Elephants, Deer, Peacocks, Monkeys, Buffaloes, Rabbits, Sambar, Mongooses, Wild boars and lot of birds. In addition to all this we were able to see a leopard on a tree and it was simply amazing. It was really a great experience and we thoroughly recommend Daya Safari Jeep Services. Thank you Team Daya Safari. You guys were really exceptional and surely did make us feel special
