Disorganized, not what I booked! - Someone would be there at 3:45 p.m. with a sign from Tripadvisor to catch us. However, no one was standing. Another tour operator has started calling around for us. Suddenly, at 4:30 p.m., someone stood in front of us calling my name. They let us go with him. He was the skipper of the boat. The tour has from 16:30 to 18: 30 hours, two hours but instead of 3 hours. The skipper did not have a water snack and drinks, it says at the booking, that you get that. So we didn't have any water. All in all very disappointing, this is not what we booked and paid for. The other boats were full and those guests were accompanied by a tour guide. Too bad this!! The only positive is that we did see some dolphins and that the skipper was nice. He's not to blame either. Looks like he's been deployed in a hurry to get this job done.
