Unforgettable - I dont normally book guided tours as you can feel rushed but this was the perfect balance of family time with the guidance and knowledge of Sanja. A fantastic day and a lovely time of year to explore without the crowds

Sanja was the cherry on top! - My wife and I booked a Plitvice Lake Tour with Booker Travel Agency on GetYourGuide.com. Our tour guides name was Sanja. She was an absolute sweetheart. From beginning, to end the trip, everything was very well organized and punctual. We left from the travel agency in Split around 7:25 AM. Our transportation was a new Mercedes transport van. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. The 3 hour drive went by quickly in my opinion. Our driver Frank, was very nice and kept us safe the whole way. The breaks were well placed every 75-90 minutes or so. To break up the drive, we stopped at a really nice cafe / rest stop on the way to Plitvice and on the way home back to Split. We paid our admission fee to the park to Sanja at a reduced rate of 21 euro. Sanja was an excellent guide. She provided lots of information about the National Park, Croatia and it's history. She was very communicative about our itinerary and what we were going to do next. She has great English and even spoke Spanish during the trip. She communicated everything verbally and also through a group chat on our phones, so whether you do a self-guided tour or the guided tour, you are always SAFE, INFORMED, and ON TIME. My wife and I loved her sense of humor too. In the park, we moved along at a comfortable pace and were given ample time to take pictures and videos. She was also gracious enough to take pictures of us when we requested. We HIGHLY recommend Sanja, Frank and Booker Travel Agency for your next Croatian tour or excursion. *** As an FYI, we booked this tour in late October 2025. The crowds were light compared to the summer season and the views and fall colors were fantastic. ***

Day Trip to Plitvice - Had an amazing at Plitvice National Park. Our tour guide Sanja was exceptional, instilling us with all the history of the place and guiding us throughout the journey.

Absolutely amazing experience 🤩 - An absolutely amazing tour, was a fabulous trip and very seamless with the very knowledgeable and friendly guide, Sanja. Enjoyed every minute of it and definitely recommend this tour to anyone staying in Split/Croatia. This tour is certainly worthy of the five stars!

Good Tour - Sanja was our tour guide. The day tour was good with beautiful scenic lakes and waterfall. Sanja provided a brief summary of Plitvise. And Sanja also highlighted all the key points while travelling along with their history.

Self guided tour - Sanja is the best!! - Sanja was the guide for our plitvice experience. She was amazing and made the experience so special and enjoyable. My friends and I chose the self guided tour but even then, on the way there, Sanja gave lots of background on the history of Croatia, split, and plitvice. We somewhat regretted not doing the guided experience just because Sanja seemed so knowledgeable. She gave super clear instructions so we knew where to meet up with the guided tour group at different points, and the booker agency was super easy to locate in town the morning of. Would recommend booking with them. We left town around 7:30 am and came back around 7 pm. It was about 3.5 hours each way, on a super comfy bus. We came the second week of October and just started seeing the fall colors change. Because we came during off season, we were told that we got a lot more photo experiences and space on the trail than tourists typically get. Apparently during high season it’s so packed you’re sometimes packed in like sardines. It was pretty cold in plitvice, so thankfully the travel agency contacted us the day prior to let us know the weather/how to plan for the next day. Apparently the weather can be drastically different from the climate outside of the national park.
