Next, explore a nearby family-owned winery with over 500 years of tradition. Here, you’ll enjoy a tasting of local wine varieties and a lunch featuring local delicacies such as prosciutto, cheese, pancetta, and olive oil. The winery owner is a 9th-generation winemaker, and the wines are organic, crafted using the same methods and tools as a century ago.

Amazing - Amazing. Bruno was super kind and personable. The winery at the end was perfect, we had the winery to ourselves. We walked the vineyard and picked fruit from the fruit trees. So amazing.

Great-10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ - Out of a 3 week vacation with a new excursion almost daily, this tour was easily in our top 3 experiences while in Europe. We had a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids, and everyone agrees this was one of our favorite days on vacation. Bruno was very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly and made everything a breeze. The waterfalls are beautiful and we are glad we saw them, but the trip to Mateo’s winery alone was worth the price of admission—the food, wine and atmosphere were among the most delicious and authentic we experienced and when we go back to Croatia, we will be making a return visit. If you only book one excursion for your day/time in Split, I can’t recommend this trip highly enough.

Croatian girls trip - We had the best time with Bruno! He was accommodating, funny, and kind. Krka waterfall was beautiful and Bruno provided great directions. After a walk through the national park, we went to a private wine tasting paired with prosciutto, cheese, olives, olive oil, and bread! We ate herbs and fruits from his garden. Mate Sladic, owner of winery, was the sweetest authentic Croatian man. Couldn't have asked for a better excursion. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Unforgettable Day – A Must-Do in Croatia! - Our excursion with Bruno was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip to Croatia! From start to finish, he made the experience seamless, enriching, and so much fun.
We started the day with a visit to Krka National Park, where Bruno guided us through the stunning waterfalls and lush scenery with the perfect mix of history, local insight, and humor. His knowledge of the area—and his passion for sharing it—truly brought the landscape to life.
After soaking in the beauty of Krka, we headed to a local winery for a tasting, and it was absolutely delightful. The wine was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Bruno clearly knows the best hidden gems and made sure everything was relaxed, unhurried, and perfectly paced.
Throughout the day, Bruno was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating—the kind of guide who feels like a friend by the end of the trip. He answered every question, anticipated every need, and made us laugh along the way.
If you’re looking for a unique, well-organized, and memorable Croatian adventure, don’t miss a day with Bruno. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Highly recommend!! - We highly recommend this tour! Our guide Bruno was wonderful, he picked us up from the cruise port and brought us to the krka falls with ease. He was friendly and knowledge, giving insight on living in Croatia. He arranged the purchase of the Falls tickets for us, and brought us right to start of the trail. We exited the park by boat and Bruno was waiting for us at the dock. We then went to a local farm and winery, that was amazing! We loved meeting Mateo the owner, touring his farm, and trying his wines along with delicious food tray and bread! This tour was the best and we highly recommend!

Favorite experience of our trip! - My husband and I went on this with friends and it was easily the best experience of our time in Split. Bruno made the transportation seamless, and was so kind and informative. The winery experience was wonderful, and truly a unique and unforgettable time. We all agree we wish we could give this 10 stars, highly recommend!

Great day in paradise - Everything was well organized all the people we met were wonderful friendly. They went over and above to make sure we had a good day. The best part of our day was the winery, and we really love the way they showed us around the wine and met the wine maker. It was wonderful very good life experience.

A must-do day trip from Split! - 10/10 experience and memories for a lifetime!
Bruno picked us up on time and was a phenomenal driver. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and great company.
The National park was beautiful and fun for a few hours. Took the boat to the town over and a short ride to the area of Plastovo where we had incredible wine and great local foods.
The winery owner, Mateo was great company and extremely passionate about his work.
I would recommend this trip to anyone if you’re looking to get out of the city and explore nature / try local Croatian cuisine.

Excellent, well balanced tour - We had a wonderful tour with Bruno! One of the best tours in our two-week trip around Greece and Croatia. He was a great conversationalist and guide.
This tour is the perfect balance of outdoor/hiking and wine tasting. He picked us up from our accommodation and then drove us to the park.
Overall the hike is very accessible to most, as it was along a boardwalk. We also got to ride along the river in a ferry and then finished our time at a local winery.
Felt like a VIP experience and everyone was so kind and helpful. The winery owner Mateo showed us his garden and his process, which was very enjoyable. I have been to many winery tours and greatly enjoyed this experience!
Overall wholesome and well balanced experience that I would recommend to all :)
