Beautiful mix of culture, history and vibrant lifestyle - Firstly our guide was excellent with all his knowledge, very helpful too. Split is a beautiful city , full of history, Roman ruins but with a difference as many parts still used and lived in. A very stylish place with beautiful promenade lined with smart restaurants, lovely shops with a real cosmopolitan feel to it, lots of open squares and gorgeous little alleys, everything is so clean, with lovely planting, was a joy to walk around, lots of seating near the harbour to take in the stunning view. Stopped at a lovely little restaurant surrounded by it’s own oasis of water with ducks and geese, I even found Bagpuss 😂😂, on to Trogir, such a quaint medieval little city on its own island, a real picture postcard place, again very pretty, the beautiful stone, a lovely promenade along the harbour and a cute little castle. I was really happy I did this trip and would recommend to everyone, I think the guides name was Sam. Many thanks Tracey

This was a long day but... - This was a long day but very worthwhile. Our guide was fantastic and told us lots of interesting facts sharing her vast knowledge with great delivery and enthusiasm. It was a lot to do both locations in one day but if you're travelling that distance to get to Split it would be a great shame not to see Trogir too. Very enjoyable.

A brilliant day out! - We saw Roman buildings thousands of years old and walked along streets that the Romans walked on. Our guide was knowledgeable and she gave us so much information about Split and Trogir. There was free time and information on Croatian history during the bus ride to our destinations.
