Excellent value for the experience with Slavko! - We had a wonderful walking tour of Split with Slavko. He was friendly, knowledgeable and funny! There were only six of us so we had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get them answered. It was very enjoyable and inexpensive.

Diocletian A Must See - Carla was so knowledgeable and easy to hear. She is a great tour guide. Palace is so interesting. Liked the common areas the best and the guards in costume.

We learned so much and... - We learned so much and loved exploring the old town. The only thing that would have made the tour better are the headphones to be able to hear every fact (especially in the more populated areas).

Appalling customer service/poor excuse - Was waiting for at the meeting point waiting for the tour to start when at the time the tour was due to start (and only then) I got a notification from GetYourGuide telling me the company had cancelled. That’s so poor to leave it THAT late. The reason given was poor weather… the weather was to remain dry for at least 1-2 hours after the tour was due to finish and I see multiple guides leading groups through the old palace area. I suspect I was the only one booked on and that was the real reason they decided to cancel. The weather excuse is nonsense (what your guide can’t guide in rain anyway). Company representative I spoke to on the phone didn’t apologise once! Avoid!
