Begin in Split. Day 1: Arrival (120 kilometers / 90 miles)
Split - Today, meet the Desmo team, explore the motorbikes, and settle into your yacht accommodation. Depending on your flight schedule, Desmo Adventure will arrange transportation from Split (SPU) airport or another convenient location. A brief gathering at the Desmo Adventure office will follow, where the route details will be thoroughly reviewed. Shortly after, the Desmo Adventure team will introduce you to their motorcycle fleet for the tour.
The first day’s tour will lead you to Krka Waterfalls National Park and the historic town of Šibenik. You’ll travel via country roads and winding coastal routes to reach your final destination at Marina Mandalina (D-Marine) in Šibenik, where your yacht, complete with all your belongings, awaits.
The yacht will serve as your accommodation for the remainder of your journey, offering all the amenities of both the yacht and the motorcycles.
Šibenik - The yacht will be your accommodation for the rest of your journey. Enjoy the yacht’s amenities and the thrill of riding premium motorcycles. This arrangement allows for relaxed evenings on the yacht, swimming in secluded coves, and eliminates the hassle of daily hotel check-ins and check-outs.
National Park Krka Waterfalls - Enjoy a walk in the national park. At Krka, visit the famous waterfalls and, if the water is warm enough, swim beneath them.
Relaxing on the yacht (approximately 5-hour sail to Hvar Island or approximately 45 nautical miles)
Hvar Island - After breakfast on the yacht, depart from Šibenik to Hvar. The journey takes about five hours, during which you can enjoy sailing, swimming, and visiting a Blue Lagoon on Mali Drvenik Island. Throughout the sail, enjoy the amenities provided by the yacht, crew, and hostess/chef. Meals and drinks will be prepared according to your preference list provided to Desmo Adventure. The hostess/chef and crew will ensure you have a fantastic time while sailing.
In the late afternoon, arrive at your overnight destination, a small cove on Hvar Island (Pakleni Islands), where you can swim in the sea and visit nearby famous beach bars (Laganini Beach and cocktail bar, Hula-Hula, Carpe Diem beach bar). Dinner will be prepared on the boat, allowing for a relaxing group experience. Later, you have the option to visit the old town of Hvar.
Blue Lagoon/ Krknjaši Bay - During our sail to Hvar Island, we’ll stop at Drvenik Island for a swim in the beautiful “Blue Lagoon” bay.
Pakleni Islands - We’ll anchor in a renowned cove on Hvar Island, surrounded by famous beaches, beach bars, and luxurious restaurants.
Off-road adventure (229 kilometers / 170 miles, approximately 5 hours)
Korčula Island - Your motorcycle adventure begins in the old town of Hvar, where the motorcycle awaits to take you on a journey. The gravel road leads to an off-road adventure toward the small village of Sveta Nedjelja. In Sveta Nedjelja, visit the renowned Plenković winery and its underwater wine cellar.
Continue your trip to Sućuraj, where you’ll board a 45-minute ferry ride to the Croatian mainland. The ferry takes you to Drvenik, from where you’ll ride a winding coastal road to Ston town in Pelješac. Continue riding to Orebić, where your yacht and crew await.
Take a short 15-minute sail to the old town of Korčula, where dinner will be served on the yacht. Later, explore the picturesque old town of Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo.
Pelješac Peninsula - While riding through Croatia’s famous wine country, visit wineries and oyster farms, enjoy a private tasting, and take a private boat ride to the oyster farm in Ston.
Hvar - We’ll take a walk around the old town of Hvar before riding the motorcycle to our next destination.
Sveta Nedilja - The gravel road leads to an off-road adventure toward the small village of Sveta Nedjelja. In Sveta Nedjelja, visit the renowned Plenković winery and its underwater wine cellar.
Mali Ston - Enjoy a private oyster tour in Mali Ston and taste fresh oysters straight from the sea.
Sail to Mljet to visit Mljet National Park
Mljet National Park - After a morning swim and breakfast, embark on a two-hour sail to Mljet Island. Upon arrival, explore the national park by bicycle or take a small hike. During your two-hour visit, witness two salt lakes and take a kayak ride to the ancient monastery.
The afternoon sail will take you to Kobaš Bay on the Pelješac Peninsula, where you can enjoy an afternoon swim, relax at the beach bar, and savor an authentic dinner at Gastro Mare Restaurant. Meals are prepared by the renowned chef Antonio Bjelko.
Dinner features a seven-course menu, each dish crafted with fresh organic ingredients and seafood sourced directly from the sea. Spend the rest of the evening on the yacht at Kobaš Bay.
Dubrovnik sightseeing (100 kilometers / 62 miles)
Dubrovnik - Breakfast will be served at the Gastro Mare restaurant. The journey to Dubrovnik begins after breakfast and a short swim at the bay. En route to Dubrovnik, explore Ston town and its famous wall, the second-longest man-made wall after the Great Wall of China.
Take a private tour of the oyster farm, where a local guide will explain oyster farming, and you’ll have the opportunity to taste delicious Ston oysters.
The motorbike ride continues on the mainland, following a coastal road to Dubrovnik. Arrive in Dubrovnik around 4 p.m., where you’ll leave your motorcycles at ACI Marina Dubrovnik. Board the yacht for a short sail to Dubrovnik, spending the evening in front of the city walls, where dinner will be served. In the evening, visit Dubrovnik, stroll along the famous Stradun street, and enjoy bars in the old town.
Later, relax on the yacht with good company, overlooking the city walls.
Miloš Winery - In Pelješac, enjoy a wine tour at the famous Miloš winery. Learn about the history of winemaking and taste Miloš wine.
Mount Srđ - Before reaching Dubrovnik, climb Srđ Hill for a stunning view of Dubrovnik and the surrounding islands.
Explore Montenegro on the motorcycle (approximately 160 kilometers / 120 miles)
Kotor - After breakfast on the yacht beneath Dubrovnik’s city walls, begin your journey to Montenegro. En route, climb Srđ Hill for a breathtaking view of Dubrovnik’s old town and the Adriatic archipelago.
About an hour later, cross the Croatian border into Montenegro. In Montenegro, ride along Boka Kotorska Bay and visit the towns of Tivat and Kotor. In Tivat, stop for coffee at Porto Montenegro, a renowned marina, while in Kotor, explore the charming streets of the old town. Kotor is situated in a beautiful bay and is a popular destination in Montenegro. Ride through the hills of Kotor and Boka Kotorska, and visit Budva, the famous beach town in Montenegro.
On the return journey, stop in Cavtat, where the yacht will be waiting for the night. Board the yacht for dinner and an evening swim. Cavtat is a picturesque town, known as a popular anchorage for mega-yachts.
Budva - Visit the old town of Budva and its surrounding beaches while in Montenegro.
Cavtat - Spend the night in Cavtat on the yacht, where dinner and a party will be prepared for guests.
Ride to undiscovered Bosnia & Herzegovina to a UNESCO town Mostar (180 kilometers / 155 miles)
Mostar - This marks the final day of your yacht stay. Enjoy breakfast on the yacht and a morning swim. Before noon, continue the motorcycle ride toward Mostar. Your belongings and suitcases will be returned to your starting point (Desmo Adventure office) as you continue your motorcycle journey through Bosnia & Herzegovina.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, visit small towns such as Trebinje, Stolac, Blagaj, and Blidinje Nature Park. The day’s route leads to Mostar, where you’ll spend the night. In Mostar, learn about its history and the war times of the 1990s.
Mostar is a beautiful town divided by the Neretva River. It is a culturally diverse town, with a Catholic population on one side and a Muslim population across the Neretva River. Each side of the town features distinct architecture, customs, and history. It’s fascinating to learn about these two different communities living in harmony.
Mostar Old Bridge - Explore the old town of Mostar and visit the historic bridge, which was destroyed during the civil war in the 1990s.
Experience true wilderness at Blidinje Nature Park, return to Split (210 kilometers / 185 miles)
Jablanica - From Mostar to Jablanica, ride through the beautiful Neretva River canyon. In Jablanica, visit the war museum to learn about the Balkan war times.
