Duboković’s wine cellar is located in a traditional Dalmatian “konoba” in Jelsa. One of his cooperative vineyards is situated at an altitude of 530m near Hvar’s St. Nicolas peak and is over 90 years old, featuring the indigenous wine variety “Darnekuša.” In addition to wines, guests can sample a wide range of flavored olive oils he produces. Mr. Ivo Duboković is renowned for his willingness to experiment with wines and olive oil, making him truly unique. Consequently, his wines are featured in top restaurants across Croatia, Switzerland, Germany, and recently in France. This humble yet esteemed winery will captivate you, and the taste of the flavored olive oils will linger throughout your vacation.

Our tour with Petar was... - Our tour with Petar was wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable about the island’s history and took us to many beautiful sites, ending with the delicious wine + olive oil tasting in Jelsa. Five stars all around!

Petar is the best guide ever! - Petar was amazing!!!! So informative and nice! We had the best time exploring hvar and the winery. We were 3 women exploring Croatia and this was our favorite part of the trip

Hvar tour with wine and olive oil tasting - We had a very informative and nice day on our tour of Hvar. Our guide picked us up at the bus station next to the port and we shared the van with 2 other couples. We learned about the olive and lavender areas of the island and were brought to some beautiful views of the port and sea. We ended the time by stopping at a very nice winery where we tried 7 wines. Just a note to bring cash to,purchase any wine and olive oil at the winery. Both were very good.

Incredible Experience - This was an awesome tour. Petar was very friendly and knowledgeable, it was very cool to get to see so much of the island, and the winery was incredible. Some of the best wine we've ever had and in an exceptional setting. Would highly recommend this tour to anybody travelling to Hvar.

Highly recommended - Our tour guide was Luca. We had a wonderful time, and it's tough to say which part was our favorite. He took us to the old Napoleon fort where the views were the best of our trip, but then we also went to a small Winery and had an extraordinary time. I highly recommend both Luca and this tour

Enjoying Hvar with a local guide - Petar took us on a tour we didn’t expect which was to see Hvar from up the mountain and look out over the islands, Stari Grad, old lavender fields and vineyards. Being a local he knew all the history which was fantastic. Then off for our wine and olive oil tasting experience which we also enjoyed. So much so we purchased some wine and olive oil to enjoy when back home.

Lovely experience! - Such a fun way to tour the island! Being picked up and dropped off from my hotel was a huge selling point for me. Very convenient. The stops on the way to the winery were beautiful and the driver was so knowledgeable on island history. He also had plenty of bottled water available for our group. At the winery, the ambience was dark and cozy. The wine was incredible. There was no shortage of wine and I enjoyed every pour! Our host was funny and welcoming. Absolutely recommend this you!

Good way to see some of Hvar island - It's a good way to see more of the island and to gain some knowledge about the history. The wine tasting was enjoyable. Petar was very pleasant to deal with.
