Staff was great and rooms were fun!

I think a smaller group would be better as it was hard for everyone to get involved in each room. But it was fun. Thanks!!

So the escape room was awesome! Super well thought out and challenging. Just really well done! But I will say I was highly disappointed in the staff that worked are event. We book around 7pm for an 8:15 room. My roommates and I were heading there to have a fun bonding session as we were all magically home at the same time. So after cranking out $130 for us to attend we show up and the worker running our room says word for word “My boss texted me and was like did you see someone booked for tonight? And I was like who does that at 8:15 on a Tuesday night, like I mean come on.” We all kind of awkwardly laughed and said yeah well it’s our night off. Throughout the room she seemed condescending and short with us, and maybe it was her attempt at being funny or sarcastic but it just came off as rude. Then at the end we are walking our way out and she said again word for word “Wow look at the mess you guys made this will be fun to clean up.” That’s when I lost my own tongue and said “Well yeah it must suck working and actually having to do your job.” Again it might have meant to be sarcastic but by that point in the night and the room I was over it. Again the room was great it was challenging, fun, and creative, but the staffer obviously didn’t want to be there and it made it awkward and not as fun for us to have to deal with her attitude. I get she was probably anticipating an early night of getting to go home, but that’s part of working a job. It just reflects poorly on what was a really well put together escape room.
