80 Mile Island Tour with Dario - Did the 80 mile island tour yesterday with Dario. Dario was very knowledgable and pointed out all the significant landmarks, buildings and history. We had a few stops (welcome toilet breaks) which gave us chance to stretch our feet and take a few photos. We stopped for a delicious lunch with the best views of the east coast before making our way back to our hotel. Overall we enjoyed the trip with Dario. He engaged everyone in the group and showed us where he grew up and went to school which made the tour that bit more personal. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Dario.

Our tour guide Dexter was a treat, he was knowledgeable, funny and entertained us on this amazing tour. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and throughly enjoyed the day. To top it off we had a delicious sit down lunch at Bathsheba. We truly enjoyed this tour.

Fabulous trip - Our guide, Rooster, was the ideal man for the job. Chatted about local landmarks, people, industry, flora & fauna. We even got a couple of songs along the way. Lunch was delicious. Pick-up & drop-off all went to plan. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

An amazing tour, well worth the money! - This is an excellent tour through Expedia. The tour guide Charles was not only really good, but really funny. The tour covered the whole island and we had lunch at an amazing restaurant which was included (including an alcohol beverage) overlooking the sea! With an amazing short walk from the restaurant to incredible cliff views over the sea. Every stop was so scenic and interesting; even the Collage stop, which I didn't think would be any good, but it was really interesting. The rum punch we received was really good too! Charles drove a beautiful van and had really interesting stories about the island and his experiences with movie stars. And he was really good at remember names, thank you Charles for the wonderful tour and great memories. Hopefully you have watched "In the heat of the night" by now..."They call me Mr. Tibs" Karen and Rob, Toronto

Costal Tour - We have had a wonderful day with our tour guide dario. Saw so much of barbados. Had a wonderful lunch along with a couple of glasses of rum punch too. The only thing that let it down was the other guests. Not being ready at the time they were being picked up. We waited 20 minutes at one hotel and 10 to 15 at another. Then after the 1st stop the driver was getting payments from people for the tour. A lot of time wasted which was a shame and very frustrating. Overall an excellent day.

Terrible time with tour guide Dexter - I was very excited for this tour- particularly stopping at animal flower cave and Bathsheba. I heard wonderful things about a guide called Rooster. I fortunately we had Dexter, he arrived 40 minutes later than we were told. His microphone was far too loud and he continued to shout into it. When asked if it could turn the volume down he told me to move, but that would mean separating from my husband who also struggled with the volume. I had to use noise cancelling earphones to make it tolerable. He started off amiable, however quickly went into how terrible U.K. politics were, how COVID precautions in previous years were a joke, how Boris Johnson should be let off because he deserved to party since his job was stressful and how the people that reported on him should be fired and have no friends. He was showing his ignorance of this situation for over an hour rather than actually give us interesting information about the island. To add insult to injury, after finding out I worked in healthcare he proceeded to talk about how all doctors are corrupt and shouldn’t be allowed to go on vacation or take time off (ironic since my being on vacation was helping him have a job). Despite asking him to change the topic, he continued. I felt so bullied I wanted to get off, but being in the very middle of the island with limited transport links left us stuck listening to this abuse for another hour. Perhaps I would have had an acceptable time with another tour guide. I did explain this after the fact with the company who did very little to address my concerns.
