SUNWING REPS - Tashina & Shaneka sunwing reps at the Ocean Coral Springs are very fine embodiments of ehat are best in this world. Both were the only ones who went out of there way to get us a transfer from the hotel to the airport, being our flight was canceled for sunday Jan 25th rescheduled for Wed Jan 28th. Thank you Tashina and Shaneika.

Did not receive our refund - I had another review for nexustours in which I detailed the positives about my experience with this company— there were quite a few, my initial review was 5 stars— but my experience since that post has been poor. One of our snorkeling excursions during our vacation had to be rescheduled and eventually cancelled, due to weather and we were reassured that this would be refunded. We even went on to book a different excursion to fill our time because we liked our agent at our resort. We have not received our refund— $240 USD— and have not received communication since they last requested my PayPal and a form of ID. I don’t want anything but my refund, that I was assured I would get. The people at the company are lovely and again, we really liked our agent; it’s just frustrating cause we can’t exactly hop on a plane and dispute in person. I don’t even like leaving bad reviews but I’m at a loss for what else to do.

Airport transportation - Terrible customer service. Not made a priority. Felt like I was bothering the staff because they were focused on selling tours not resolving my issues.

Biggest scam!! - Scam!! Paid $72 and was told to walk 10 minutes in the cold rain at 4AM only for the bus to never arrive and leave my stranded
