Great new bus! - We travelled on their brand new bus. They were the most comfortable seats I’ve ever sat in while in a vehicle! Would definitely recommend

Great Experience seeing the real Jamaica!!! - We had a great time on our shop ur your our driver Marlon was superb our lunch at the river was awesome with chef Tony and our service rep Janel was kind and very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Did not show up or reply to emails, texts or calls. Do not use. - They were horrible and not responsive to calls, emails or text messages. Did not show up to pick up 6 of our friends even though the transfers were prepaid.

Failed to have driver available for private transfer - We booked and received a confirmation number and email. All good. USD $318 FOR RETURN TRANSFER from airport to Royalton. NEGRIL. We knew we were over paying, but they were recommended through hotel. There was no driver assigned!! And they had no solution. We waited 30 minutes in the wind to see if they could find a solution, but they did not try very hard. Seemed annoyed with us. Ended up getting a local taxi. Bumpy ride but only $100 and at least they got us there. When I called company to demand refund they said "send an email". No apology or care. If they can't get an airport transfer right then no confidence. WARNING do not use Nexus.

Scammers - I booked the bamboo rafting excursion and hotel transportation to and from the airport. Don’t book with nexus they are liars we didn’t get everything that was said to be included with the rafting and no picked us for the airport. When I acquired I was told someone called our name and we didn’t come. We sitting in the lobby right by the doors and no one showed up for us. We had to hire another driver to get us to the airport!! I will NEVER use nexus again and I advise you not to as well!

Did not pick me up for the airport - I did not go on a excursion but I did make reservations to be brought to airport at the end of the trip. The driver showed up at the wrong time and I had to pay a taxi to get to the airport. I've been going back n forth with them through email/phone and although they have acknowledged the mistake, months later I'm still waiting for a refund. Please becareful yall. Highly disappointed

Do not recommend Nexus - Unfortunately, Nexus Tours airport shuttle from Riu Montego Bay which is 10min away (transfer email confirmation had correct information) was unsatisfactory. No departure instructions were given. 11/26 departure, rep. Natasha said transfer wasn’t available & chat rep. Ana gave incorrect departure information. Both were unhelpful & did not provide apologies for Nexus errors. I will not use or recommend Nexus again.

The worst airport transfer experience. DO NOT BOOK! - Nexus was the worst airport transfer experience I’ve ever had. I booked a round trip airport pick up and drop off. I was in constant communication with the company to communicate a flight cancellation which changed my itinerary a day before my pick up in the airport. When I arrived to the airport they claimed to not have received my itinerary change until I showed the airport representative the WhatsApp conversation with the company and recipient for the already paid round trip transfer. The representative had to rebook my transfer on the spot because the company said I was a “no show” despite my 24hr notice of the itinerary change. The rebooking took over an hour after standing around. When it came time for the airport drop off, I messaged through WhatsApp to confirm the time a day prior again and the representative from the chat claimed to be looking for the reservation then never responded. After hours of no response, I messaged to follow up again to never get a response until four hours before my flight. I never got the airport drop off that I already paid for and the company has been unresponsive about any refund. DO NOT BOOK!
