Wine and Architecture - This experience was beyond marvelous! Not only did we learn about the production of such magnificent wines, but we tasted them in the most magical Gehry and Calatrava’s architectural buildings possible. Our guide Anton made this trip so special, we would do it again!

Custom Wine Tour for 4 - We had an excellent custom wine tour with North Coast Tours! We worked with Monica to create a custom tour for our group with stops at 3 wineries plus an excellent stop for lunch. And our driver Anton was great, he had lots of knowledge of the region and helpful suggestions for our trip!

A beautiful experience through the Spanish countryside. - What a fabulous, luxurious experience. Anton was such an amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, accommodating and truly showed us the region in a unique way. We went on the architecture and wine tour. I would highly recommend this experience. Relax, drink wine and tour the beautiful Spanish countryside without worrying about driving. A+ all the way!

Perfect snapshot tour and experience to Rioja! - The morning started off great! We arrived in Rioja with Anton with immense knowledge of the Basque region and of the winemaking history. We had a great tasting at Bodegas Marques de Riscal following a tour of the vineyard/hotel/and winery. It was a good contrast to the second winery, Ysios, we visited in the afternoon. Anton showed us an incredible Medival walled city and we were able to have a glass of wine in the caves below the city. We had a traditional lunch at a nearby family owned restaurant! Overall a wonderful trip and highly recommended!

A day to remember! - The highlight of our time in the SAN Sebastián region.
Anton our guide was very informative and did everything possible to make the day memorable, including telling us plenty about the history of the region and listening to questions and stories the group shared. The choice of wineries was excellent and we were well looked after everywhere we went, including stopping at a beautiful walled town along the way.
Our tour group was lovely, and the icing on the cake for a great day out! Every need catered for. Highly recommend.

Great day with knowledgeable guide - Our guide was super knowledgeable about history, culture, and wine of course. Had a fantastic day. The two wineries we visited were very nice and the historical towns were picturesque.

Spectacular in every regard winning all five stars if not six stars! - Exceptional in every regard, beautiful architecture, well designed rooms with a view of the Rioja Valley, spectacular service by breakfast staff Luz, Blanca and the evening restaurant staff - Sara and the gentleman who’s name I cannot recall, but he bent over backwards to accommodate the most difficult of guests dining that evening. The food and wines were outstanding and the beds very comfortable. The winery tour is the best! Nearby town of El Ciego has its charms, and I highly recommend the tasting at Diez-Caballero, a small family owned winery - try Victoria wine named for the 83 year old owner.

Great trip to La Rioja - Great trip. Anton picked us up at our rental apartment and drove our small group to Marques de Riscal for a tour and tasting, then a visit to the lovely town of Laguardia and another tasting at Ysios. We had lunch at a nice local cafe before heading back to San Sebastián. Anton was interesting and knowledgeable of the entire area, and we all had a wonderful time.
