Exceptional day - This was our second private tour with Gloma Travel and we have been so impressed with both. The booking online is easy to do. Diego , our guide on this tour, was also outstanding . . As we travelled the twisty roads with the absolutely beautiful scenery he informed and entertained us with many stories related to Tenerife. Terrific trip to Mosca, Garachico, and Icod! - We had a terrific excursion to Masca, Garachico, & Icod with Belen from Gloma Travel. Belen was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Communication and confirmation ahead of time was excellent and Belen arrived right on time for our morning pickup. Belen speaks multiple languages and for us, her English was excellent. She was engaging throughout the day giving a lot of valuable local knowledge while also answering all of our questions & providing recommendations for our extended visit to Tenerife. Our main reason for booking the tour was to visit Masca, which we thoroughly enjoyed and spend about 40 minutes there (plenty of time to walk around & explore). But we really enjoyed the visits to Garachico and Icod as well, and Belen did a nice job of including some unique stops and sights along the way versus sticking solely to the main tourist locations. We felt we got a real local flavor for Tenerife and I highly recommend the tour!

Terrific Masca-Garachico Experience - We had a terrific private excursion for two people with Belen. She was clear on communication ahead of time and arrived exactly as promised for our hotel pickup. She was very professional, was very conversant, and had a lot of local knowledge of Tenerife - she made the day a terrific & relaxed experience! We did not go to Los Gigantes so we could spend more time at our other spots with views that were simply amazing. Based on what we wanted to do, Belen took us to some local spots and on unique routes in order to maximize the mountain & sea views and get the full Tenerife experience. Masca especially can be a difficult driving experience, but Belen's knowledge and expertise in getting around made this a perfect trip. And Garachico was an unexpected gem for us to visit. I highly recommend Gloma Travel, it was a fantastic day!

Canceled by tour guide - I really cannot rate the excursion because it was canceled by the guide the day before. Apparently he was sick and tried to change the date, but my vacation days are already planned out.
