I am basing my review on the length of the ride. It was not an hour, maybe 45 minutes. I realize that it takes time to get everyone mounted and on the trail but from the time I get in the saddle until the time I dismount should have been an hour. Disappointing. Also, the trail was okay but the description should include that you won't see much of the Grand Canyon.

Travis was a fantastic tour guide. Having no experience with horses or mules I was a bit afraid. They had me ride Leslie and I felt self and enjoyed the 1 hour rim ride.

Our wrangler, Swaney, was awesome. Informative, friendly, polite and made us gringos feel welcome and comfortable. The mules appeared well cared for and we always felt safe and secure. Thanks for a wonderful experience on the north rim.
