Great place to relax and visit with some friends! - I came in with some friends back in January for the first time. Our experience was great! Front desk people were very helpful with checking us in. Especially kolbee. The premier side was definitely worth the extra cost. The additional pools were fantastic and the café had a great selection of drinks and food! We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

We love it!! - My husband and I love ZCHS! We live here and try to come monthly. We prefer to go at night so we can look at the stars. It’s totally fine if you don’t want to talk to others, but my husband and I love when we get into a chatty hot tub or sauna and meet people from all over the world. Very fun experience!

Loved the Mineral Springs - December/January was a great time to visit. I just got into the pools to warm up. It was very relaxing and left my skin feeling soft. Bring flip flops and a robe unless you want to rent some. My feet got very cold without them. A Great Experience!

Amazing hot springs in beautiful backdrop of Zion-area scenery - Amazing hot springs and amenities - you'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They also sell beer and cocktails to enjoy while you soak in 20+ (I lose count) pools of various temperatures and minerals.

There will always be lots... - There will always be lots of people. If you don’t have kids buy the 21+ side. The pools with a hard bottom have minerals from different parts of the world. The murky pools are from the local nearby springs. They also have 2 cold plunges. One at 50 degrees the other at 45.

Injured at facility and they handled terribly and don't care - Sadly, I had a terrible experience here because of the negligence of the facility to maintain and keep on landscape/path lights that they have near the pools/sauna in the premier pools area. They have lots of lights that are on and then several that were not. I (and others) walked hard directly into a landscape light and badly bruised and injured my leg. Then upon reporting to the Manager on duty (Brian) who is the Assistant GM, they handled it terribly. Brian took over 15 minutes to bring me ice and then filled out an incident report where he asked me lots of personal information but then would NOT give me a copy of the report or let me take a photo of it. Even after my injury they did not fix the lights or put cones there or any warning so it doesn't happen to others. They did not follow up with me afterwards to see how I was and when I called to check on the 'claim' they told me a claim # and insurance co. and asked me not to call the facility again regarding this matter. An email to the General Manger, Ron, went unanswered. Be careful !

guest experience & Walk in fee - Frequent visitor to Zion canyon hotsprings. Beware of the new additional walk in fee. You must book on line to avoid additional charge, Staff suggested booking on line instead of assisting me because if they helped I would be charged the extra fee. No one was in line but me. Hilarious. I would avoid memberships at all costs. Not worth the attitude you get from staff. Staff complained to upper management and got no where. Ron is the general manager but all complaints sent by email go to Alex. According to Alex, Ron will forward all concerns to him. So just heads up if you have any feedback drop it here. Good thing I love Hot springs!
