• Adrift Adventures - At the conclusion of this Canyonlands tour from Moab, the guide will bring you back to the original starting point in Moab.
  To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests on our National Park Backcountry Jeep tours, it is essential that seat belts can be securely fastened. Please address any seating requirements when booking your tour. We strongly advise against waiting until the day of your tour to resolve any seating issues. Our jeep tours are conducted in 4-door Jeep Wranglers, accommodating a maximum of 4 passengers, along with one of Adrift’s highly trained and knowledgeable guides as the driver. We fill all 4 passenger seats in each of our jeeps daily.

The Needles derive their name from the vibrant spires of Cedar Mesa Sandstone that are prominent in the region. This remote district is situated in the southern section of Canyonlands National Park in southeastern Utah, approximately 1.5 hours from Moab, Utah.

The Needles is a rugged wilderness characterized by buttes and mesas, extending in a stunning array of oranges and reds. It features an extensive network of trails that meander among sandstone columns over 100 feet tall, adorned with red and white stripes. This area highlights some of the most breathtaking desert landscapes in southern Utah.

• We advise that is you are, or anyone in your party is, over 6’2” and/or 225+ pounds to please consult the tour office prior to your trip’s departure date.
• The Jeep Wranglers used have four passenger seats, and the guide/driver has all guests rotate seats throughout the trip. This makes it so that one person is not stuck in the same seat for the entire trip.
• Not recommended for those with motion sickness, vertigo, etc. Due to these tours being ‘backcountry’ tours, you will be going off the paved roads in an elevated vehicle that has the clearance for these special off-road trails.
• Things to bring: water bottle (free refills available), sunglasses, sunscreen, visor/hat, sun protection, sturdy footwear for hiking, day pack, camcorders and cameras (bring at your own risk)
