Your website is misleading with the time frame 7-8am for load up and departure, and you have yet to respond to a message I sent you three days ago. Great way to run a business... especially for locals...and you say as high up on the WE trail as conditions allow and you are only bringing people up to the hazard trail head instead of to the top of the geyser pass trailhead that is still very open and accessible. I'll no longer be recommending your service to anyone.

Our 'driver' did an awesome job and was very patient with our bunch of old men- even when one of us forgot his camelback and took an extra 25 minutes to get on the road. Thanks for the trip, it was a really fun ride and we want to do it again sometime when we can ride the whole trail.

Shuttle did not go to the beginning of the whole Enchilada that is burro pass. Fee charge is the same no matter where you get dropped off at. They’re only two of us on the trip, if the driver wants a tip they should attempt to be more engaging and communicative rather than just drive the bus.

I decided to do TWE during June, meaning an early start is crucial because of the Utah summer heat. My shuttle was scheduled for 7:00 and the email confirmation told all of us to be there 15 minutes prior to be loaded and ready to go. It wasn’t until 7:38 that someone showed up to shuttle us (a total of 9 riders) to the top. If we hadn’t called to ask “is someone coming to drive us?” Then I really believe we would have been forgotten about. The trail was absolutely amazing! But if when I come back to do it again, I’ll be going through another shuttle company
