Terrible experience. We got lost due to the lack of cellular service in Zion. As soon as we got a signal, we called to explain the situation. The staff member who answered was extremely arrogant and rude. Worst of all, they completely hid the fact that they were about to close. We arrived only 20 minutes late to find the doors locked. If they had been honest during the call, we wouldn't have wasted our time. We were treated poorly and received zero service. I am requesting a full refund for this unacceptable treatment.
