- Hutan - 1. Day: Pick-up from the airport in Medan and transfer to Ketambe (approximately 7.5 hours drive), overnight stay at a guesthouse in Ketambe.
- Day: After breakfast, departure to the national park around 9:00 AM, approximately 6 hours of trekking, observing wildlife, flora, and fauna, with the chance to spot wild orangutans in the trees….

- Day: After breakfast, another day of trekking in the enchanting jungle, bathing in hot springs, lunch in the jungle, returning to the guesthouse in Ketambe around 4:00 - 5:00 PM. Overnight stay at the guesthouse in Ketambe.
- Day: Depending on preference, private transport back to Medan or to Berastagi.

Trekking 5 days - It was a great adventure in the jungle of Sumatra! One of the best experience journey in my life to have a chance to see the beauty of nature with lots of biodiversity.Thank you very much for Sumatra Trekking crew and pretty sure I will be back soon!

One of the best tours I ever had in my travels - It was really the best tour I had in Southeast Asia. It was just my group of 5 with 2 guides and 1 cooler at the camp. The guides(Ucok & Andre) put so much effort in explaining everything they knew about the jungle, in preparing the food and in letting us feel safe. They radiated so much happiness and were so caring:) The food was amazing, the camps were really nice & everything was done in such a way to Protest the animals and the flora in the jungle.
I totally recommend that and if i can I‘ll go again and make a longer tour (my last tour was 2days/1night but it was definitely to short for me). If you love trekking and are a bit adventurous, it’s amazing!:)
