Beat experience! - The Phillip Island and Moonlit Sanctuary was amazing and a must do! We had Travis as our tour guide and he was SO passionate about his job and had so much knowledge and fun facts about the city, the wildlife and everything in between. Travis absolutely made the tour and it would not have been the same experience without him! The whole day was well organised, but still felt like we had time to see extra bits and adventure off the beaten track.

A really good day trip - Had a really good day with Sarah, and excellent tour guide. Good stop at the Moonlit sanctuary followed by the impressive penguin parade. Highly recommended

A wonderful day out ending with a spectacular performance from The penguins! - Wow! I cannot recommend this trip enough! The highlight was of course the penguins but It was so much more than that ( although they were absolutely amazing and I cried!). Travis our guide was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the group had a fantastic experience. The animal sanctuary was a lovely extra and Travis took us to some breathtaking view points along the coast too. Excellent value and a most memorable day out that we will never forget. Thank you so much.

Penguins Downunder - Seeing the penguins come in from the ocean. We enjoyed the commmentary that Hannah provided during our trip. It was very informative.

Amazing Kevin - My driver and guide which was the same person , and he is amazing and has a deep knowledge about what to see and where to find them . 100% appreciate of him time management!!

A must do trip. - We had a good time. We were lost and couldn't find the pick up point and were grateful that Kevin waited a few minutes before leaving. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bring some binoculars to see the penguins!

Disappointed - Compared to other wildlife tours, we have taken the moon lift sanctuary was about a two on a scale of five. It is a long drive to complete the round trip from Melbourne to Phillips Island. There is a stop for a light dinner in the town Cowers. What really was disappointing is that we had penguin plus tickets which allowed us to get a little closer viewing than other people. Our tour guide said with these special tickets we could not enter until 8 PM. As it turned out, we could have enter at 6:30 because by the time we entered, all the bleachers were filled. Also the penguin plus tickets bleachers only allow about 50% of people to see the penguins come in from the beach otherwise you have to watch them passing by our bleachers. Not sure why the tour was at least a half an hour to an hour late arriving. Sent an email to the company and they did not respond. DISAPPOINTED!!!
