Definitely worth doing - My wife and I did the Perth Landmarks & Scenic Foreshore Guided Tour. Nice quick ferry ride over to Mends St and a 2 minute walk up the hill to the arcade on the right to meet with Bryan at Perth South Cycles shop. A quick tryout to familiarise ourselves with the Specialized bikes and off we went around Perth. Really decent bike tour presented by Bryan who was friendly and approachable and offered loads of insights into the history of Perth and a really informative tour. We did a big loop along the Swan River through the wetlands and up to the majestic new Optus stadium, ending up at the Bell Tower and back over to South Perth. Gave us a great insight into a city that we really like-friendly, clean and interesting. Stopped off at a nice coffee shop on the riverbanks where Bryan told us about areas that may interest us plus some eateries to try out and some great insights into our upcoming trek down to Margaret’s River region. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy understanding some of how Perth has evolved over the last 200 years without information overload and to get a nice perspective of the layout of this beautiful city. Plus of course a guide where nothing was too much trouble and was able to answer a multitude of questions to supplement our knowledge.

The Beautiful Riverbanks of the Swan River, Perth, W.A. - I joined the Majestic Foreshores and East Perth Bike Tour with GoGo Active Tours on 20 November 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Mr. Brian, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took us along the beautiful riverbanks of the Swan River, from Matagarup Bridge to Narrows Bridge, and shared lots of interesting stories about the history and development of Perth.

Best River ride - The bikes were a joy to ride. The Tour leader Matt knew his role, really enjoyed the history, commentary & insights. We rode along the river around to the Sports stadium, across the beautiful Swan bridge & enjoyed coffee in a lovely European coffee nook. The ride was the best.
