According to Texas State Law, participants must be born before September 1, 1993, and present a valid photo ID with a date of birth at check-in.
For those born on or after September 1, 1993, you must be at least 18 years old and present a boater’s certificate along with a valid ID.
- AGE: Must be born before September 1st, 1993 and provide a Valid ID with picture and date of birth on it upon check in in order to rent a jet ski.
- If born after Sept. 1, 1993, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and provide a boaters certificate along with valid ID
- Additional Riders: Each jet ski is able to hold 1 ride additional passengers ( Restrictions apply ) All passengers together cannot exceed the 350 lb ( 158 KG ) weight limit. Additional riders can only be booked directly through us.

- There is no refund for customers that do not check in with the requirements.
- Keep in mind: It is unlawful to operate while intoxicated (loss of mental or physical faculties, or blood alcohol content of .08 or higher).
