JOHN THE BEST TOUR GUIDE ON JEJU ISLAND! - John was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, informative & the best tour guide anyone could ask for. Look no further and book him now!!
If you’re interested in booking I suggest calling the customer service phone number rather than messaging, it’s fast and efficient. Once the activity was booked John reached out to confirm (his communication was awesome) & again, the trip was a success!

Wishfully happy - With John you are in the best hands and very well entertained. He not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them. Spontaneous wishes were also incorporated into the program. The common traditional food was really delicious, you could try everything. John was very well read and really answered every question. His English was great to understand, even for our youngest.
We can absolutely recommend the tour and thank you for the great day

Great 2 days in Jeju as solo traveler - John’s suggested itinerary for 2 days in Jeju was perfect! He provided great information about the history of the island, and gave great recommendations for lunch and dinner. The food was incredible! I had the best time!

Worth it! - Fun times on our Jeju tour. Would highly recommend this VIP tour. Guide prepared lots of photos for us and we had a great time seeing the sights. One downside was the folk village where we were somewhat encouraged to buy some tea or cream in exchange for the tour. Overall an excellent experience!

Port Excursion of Jeju island - We had an awesome time with Mr. Shin! We arrived via the Celebrity Millennium ship.
We only had a short window of 7 hours to tour Jeju. Prior communication was great via WhatsApp between the company and our driver Mr. Shin! The day we arrived to port he was waiting for us in his very big clean comfortable van that offered free WiFi.
He toured us on the east side of the island! He showed us the breathtaking views of the Jeju’s beautiful blue ocean . Jeju really reminded us of Hawaii!
We visited the Haenyeo Museum , Seongsan Ilchulbong., and Seongeup Folk Village. We had lunch at a delicious restaurant and we had yummy kbbq black pig. It’s a delicacy in Jeju!
We even had a short window to shop at a mall close to port.
We are a huge party of 9 and this was the best way to see the island. My only regent was that we only got to visit for 7 hours but that’s the ship’s fault.
You can’t go wrong with booking this tour! Pls ask for Mr. Shin. He will take great care of you and make sure you return to the ship on time! Thank you, Mr. Shin!

Jeju Girls Trip - I traveled to Jeju as part of our girls trip to Korea. We were only in Jeju for 2 days so wanted to maximize our time in Jeju and see as much as we could during the short time we were there so we hired John to take us around the island. John was very professional and picked us up at our hotel (he even arrived early) and showed us around the island. He also told us a lot about the history of Jeju so we also learned a lot during our tour. John also recommended and took us to a delicious seafood restaurant that had a beautiful view and delicious freshly caught fish. We were able to see a lot of sights that we wouldn’t have known about if we traveled alone. My friends and I had a great time and we would all highly recommend John!

South West tour with John🍊 - John was very nice and took us to the South West side of Jeju. He brought us to places at the right time so nothing was overcrowded and took us to a nice local restaurant. Thank you John!

Amazing Day in Southwest Jeju with John - John is an outstanding tour guide: courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. He helped optimise our limited time with an excellent itinerary that included the two major waterfalls in the area, great coastal trails/views, and the nearby Buddhist temple. Highly recommend John. We will certainly use him again when we return to this a beautiful island.

RUDE and not pleasant - I called the phone number listed on 12 August 2025 with the aim to make a reservation for 3 people to tour on 14 August 2025. “John” (not sure if this was his actual name but he answered to it as we spoke) asked me to connect via WhatsApp instead of speaking on a landline phone. I reached out via WhatsApp as requested. Whilst setting up this call he apparently called my cell number and left a message. When I did call him via WhatsApp he was impatient and demanded to know why it took me so long to reply to his phone call. I asked what type of tour he offered and his reply was “Whatever you want”. Not being in the tourism business myself, I’m pretty sure that this isn’t how things work. I realized that this was to going to work out as a tour arrangement. I said goodbye and hung up. The entire experience was bizarre. I have the phone records and WhatsApp message screenshots to back up this experience. I’m sure that this company will somehow deny that this happened today but I can assure those reading this that it happened. We will find another company to use so that we can enjoy the wonderful sights this island has to offer. It’s disappointing that this particular incident happened and surprising considering the reviews it has. maybe “John” was having a bad day but he should not have been so rude to potential guests as his actions have now led to a one star review for the company.
