Choose between 8 different Wine Estate Routes and take advantage of securing your Franschhoek Wine Tram ticket which is included in this tour cost. You pay only for your wine tasting fees at the various wine estates your choose to visit and skip the ones you don’t. What sets us apart from the rest? Convenience: Our guide is at your service for the duration of the tour and should you miss the tram at any of the wine estates, you need not wait an hour for the next tram, as our guide will collect you and drop you at the next wine estate.

An Amazing Experience!!!!!! - My experience was absolutely phenomenal. Paul was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to learn a lot not only about wine but the history of Cape Town. Please book this company, TRUST me you will NOT be disappointed.

Comfortable and enjoying - The Franschhoek tour exceeded all expectations.Paul truly know the winelands and tailored the day so we could enjoy the best views testing,and atmosphere without feelings rushed. Hewas engaging fanny,and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. And you can tell he's passionate about he's does.of you're visiting Cape Town and want a high -quality wine tour, Paul Polano tour is the way to go.

Easy way to enjoy the... - Easy way to enjoy the wine country! Dona was very accommodating for wha we wanted to do for the day. We arrived before we could get on the train so we explored the small town. Lovely day!

Wine and Good Company - My friends and I did the hop on hop off wine tour with Paul’s company. It was an awesome experience. Paul was very cordial, easy to converse with and offered lots of information on each winery. He took us to one of the only black owned winery where we heard a beautiful story of a mother and her son. When we had to detour Paul was very accommodating. We did not feel rushed through our tour, felt like we were hanging out with a friend who lives in Cape Town and wanted to show us around. He even sang happy brithday for my friend and I. He was our photographer, very patient man, dealing with a bunch of giddy, women. Most importantly Paul made us feel safe in his presence and on the excursion. I can’t wait to visit and tour with him again. Thank you for my hat Paul! I love it so much!

Overbooked, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional — Avoid at All Costs - This was one of the worst tour booking experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers.
We booked a Wine Tram Hop-On Hop-Off Tour through Viator, trusting that the availability shown was accurate. We were informed that the tour was overbooked, despite our confirmed reservation for a party of five. Instead of honoring what we paid for, we were pressured to review alternative transportation and essentially cobble together a completely different experience - truly defeating the purpose of booking this tour in the first place.
Both Viator and the local provider handled this situation terribly. There was no accountability, no real solution offered, and certainly no sense of urgency or customer care. It felt like they were trying to cheat us out of the tour we paid for by pushing the inconvenience onto us.
What’s most frustrating is that this issue appears to stem from outdated or poorly managed technology. If availability is not accurate, it should not be sold - full stop. Advertising availability that doesn’t exist is misleading and unacceptable, especially when people plan entire days, transportation, and group experiences around it.
We are now waiting on a very large refund, which should never have been an issue had this been handled professionally from the start.
I would never recommend this service to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, book elsewhere. This company clearly does not know how to run a reliable tour operation.
