- Camp’s Bay Beach - A visit to Camps Bay includes a stop at the renowned Maidens Cove. This popular tourist spot offers breathtaking photo opportunities in Cape Town, with Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, and the 12 Apostles providing a stunning backdrop against the majestic Atlantic Ocean.
- Chapman’s Peak Drive - The next destination is Chapman’s Peak viewpoint. The journey includes a drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the world’s most scenic routes, affectionately known as “Chappie’s” by locals. The stop at the viewpoint lasts about 15 minutes, allowing visitors to capture awe-inspiring photos of the pristine Atlantic Ocean stretching endlessly.
- Just Nuisance - Simon’s Town is the subsequent stop, home to the South African Naval base. Here, visitors will encounter the monument of the charming dog, Just Nuisance, who became a member of the South African Navy and even had a wedding. There will be time for an optional lunch in Simon’s Town.
- Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - The tour’s highlight is a visit to Boulder’s Beach. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the gates and walk along the boardwalk to observe the African Penguin colony, one of the largest in South Africa. There might be a chance to meet a penguin or two along the boardwalk. Entry to the main colony is available at a cost of ZAR 175 per adult.
Afterward, the tour continues onto Boulder’s Beach, renowned as one of Cape Town’s finest beaches. Visitors may have the unique opportunity to swim alongside penguins if they are in the water. Capture plenty of photos with these magnificent sea creatures and experience them up close in their natural environment.
