An economical sea transport ideal for everyone, families, couples and groups. After departing at 10 a.m. you will travel along the coast, admiring Massa Lubrense and Nerano, the islet of Li Galli, and the first stop will be in Positano for two hours and Amalfi in 2H and 30 minutes. You can taste a typical dessert in the right place with our recommendations, stop for a granita in an Amalfi bar, or dive into the blue waters of Positano. Return to Sorrento by 18:30 and trains available to Naples every 30 minutes by 21:30 visiting Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi in one day! Please note: the mini-cruise is not a private boat and there is no lunch on board. Trains from Sorrento don’t stop at Ercolano Scavi: in this case you need to change at Torre Annunziata Station.

To book absolutely for a nice cruise on Mar Menor - the offer is fantastic and a nice ride along the Mar Menor. Smooth ride and adequate comments from audio. The music could habe been Spanish and not USA music !! muchas gracias

Great day our - Very straight forward and a very enjoyable day. Great comms in advance meant collecting tickets was simple. The ship was not over crowded and had good facilities. We had plenty of time to explore both Positano and Amalfi. Overall very good value for money and a lovely experience seeing incredible scenery.

Pleasant experience - Beautiful excursion with landings very close to the beaches in both locations visited. Just long enough to stay in Pisitano and Amalfi.

Good Boat trip. - It was a good way to get between Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Small shop on board was very useful in the hot weather. Had 2 hours in each location which was just enough to look round. Would have been better with a bit of commentary and advice where to head but was really good way to see these lively towns.

Positano and Amalfi trip - Great trip to Positano and Amalfi! I'm glad we aren't staying there because it's very busy this time of year. We had a bit of trouble finding the correct stall to collect the tickets however, we went early enough so we were not late for the boat leaving.

Enjoy Amalfi coast by boat - Fabulous views and a great way to see the Amalfi coastline. Positano and Amalfi both interesting and very different but be prepared for the crowds. Also the ticket office in Sorrento wasn't easy to find as it didn't match the number given so allow time. Overall fabulous day

Basic ferry, confusing instructions - This "mini-cruise" is more like a basic ferry service between towns. There are no guides, no information given about the areas or towns we're passing
The meeting place was very confusing. Most tour groups meet from the same point, and there were hundreds of people at the port. There were also many different ticket booths. We did not have any direction as to where to check in. We asked many different "officials" and were given conflicting directions. Despite arriving an hour early, we nearly missed the cruise!
When stopping at the towns, there was no announcement made about the departure time and when to be back. A confusing scramble at the loading points.
Lovely scenery, and the boat was comfortable, but the lack of clear direction was disappointing.

Round the houses…. - Finding the right ticket desk to redeem the voucher was not straight forward and we were sent to 4 different desks before eventually being helped to find our seats weren’t booked. Thankfully there was space!! But leave plenty of time in order to get tickets sorted

Want awful customer service if something goes wrong??? Book this trip! - It was a disaster. I don't care if they take many people out on similar trips like this everyday who have a great time...we didn't get to go anywhere but the port in Sorrento. Neither Viator or the provider have shown the correct level of customer service to us since the 'non event' we feel we should have a full refund but it is being refused.
We had booked a trip for 9:45, had that conformed then got told to be there 9:30am, we were there in plenty of time then just left standing, with a number of other people, waiting with no information as to why boats came in and left and we went nowhere...when people booked on the same trip for 10:20am were started to be loaded onto a boat...we gave up and left. We explained we had been standing in full heat for too long with no explanation as to when our boat would arrive...we are suspicious it did but it was already very full as one had some people put on and left or they accidently loaded the 10:20am group befor us although we were not confirmed either of these being the case so we don't know!
Viator customer service were useless frankly, did not put our complaint forward correctly...said we could not find the boar....we told them...we're in right place in ample time...NO BOAT - NOT that we couldn't find one!
The tour operator, although agreeing we were in time and in right place offered us another trip next day...we explained we could not go as leaving next day...so they all just said no refund.
If they do take as many as they say everyday....they must make enough money from people who do go on a trip.....So they should refund people who had the experience we did.
I have no doubt others standing there did eventually go and have a good trip but we did not.

Do not book!!!! - This was not as advertised, described as a small party mini cruise. Definitely not about 300 herded on the boa. NOT a a cruise, effectively a ferry that you fight and I mean fight to get back on at Positano and Amalfi. Crew were simply read - do not book this!
