Perfect introduction to Sorrento! - Over a period of about three hours, Marco introduced us to Sorrento’s charms and history as well as traditional foods. My husband and I were the only two on this tour so we had every opportunity to ask questions. Our first stop provided us with a glass of prosecco and a plate of bites including pizza, nuts, and olives. Next, we stopped at a shop producing gorgeous inlaid wooden boxes with an explanation of the production method by the owner. Soon we were at the next stop indulging in wine, bruschetta, several types of cheeses and cold cuts. Next stop was a charming little restaurant called Gnocchi where we sampled Sorrento- styled gnocchi, a terrific dish featuring gnocchi baked in tomato sauce and mozzarella. Plus wine, of course! And finally, a gelato shop that offered over a dozen types of gelato. Marco offered us espresso but by this time we were very satiated and didn’t want to y sleep. Throughout the evening, Marco’s knowledge of and pride in Sorrento was on full display. He was friendliness and charm made for an unforgettable introduction to this beautiful city.

Great tour! - Marco led an excellent tour around Sorrento. He had so much passion for the city and knew everyone we came in contact with. It was a nice balance of history, culture, and food! Highly recommend on your first day.

Unforgettable Fantastic Experience - We reserved the Bites and Sips walking tour and was met by our tour guide Marco. Within a few moments of meeting him, we discovered Marco’s warm personality and sense of humor. Marco spoke excellent English as we walked through the central Sorrento area. We enjoyed amazing food and drinks at Marco’s favorite places. He had carefully selected these stops that were authentic experiences with food and wine sourced locally by Sorrento families. Marco has extensive historical knowledge of everything we saw and experienced. This was an incredible experience that my husband and I highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Wonderful - Wonderful food tour. Sorrento's cuisine is varied and delicious, the wines are excellent, as is the famous limoncello! The ancient history of these places made our day even more fascinating.

Delicious way to explore Sorrento - We wound up having a private food tour with the amazing Marco. We’d already been in Italy for over a week, but the dishes we tried were still novel. I loved starting with some snacks and prosecco and finishing with a proper espresso.
Seeing the town beyond the tiny city center from the eyes of a local who had a personal connection to many of the people and places we encountered along the way made the experience special.
This is the kind of food tour I really enjoy – where it’s not just the delicious food, but also history and culture, and yes, a little exercise. Honestly, the caprese we had that night, which was just part of a larger tasting, was the best of the whole trip.

Fantastic Bellavie - I first learned that Sorrento is such a lovely and experiential town through this tour with Bellavie. It was a tour that was enjoyable for both the mouth and ears, and it was a perfect help in understanding the local life. Everyone, come back to Sorrento!! Don't consider anymore!🤤🤤

I highly recommend this enjoyable tour - Having lived in Sorrento his entire life, Marco has a perfect understanding of this town and has a good relationship with the locals. And his humor, wit and explanations enhanced the tour. I would recommend this tour to my friends🥰🙏

stunning experience - I recently enjoyed a fantastic walking tour in Sorrento that was truly unforgettable! Our knowledgeable guide shared fascinating stories about the city's history while leading us through charming streets.
