Beautiful Private Boat Tour - My family and I absolutely loved our private boat trip to Capri! Anselmo and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure we had a memorable experience from start to finish. They provided refreshments and snacks on board, and reserved and dropped us off at a delicious place to have lunch. The highlight of the tour for us was definitely stopping to swim near the White Grotto—such a beautiful and unforgettable moment. Everything was well organized and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour!

Perfect day from Amalfi to Capri - What a phenomenal company! First rate in correspondence! Booked their Conam 46 yacht for 2 couples from Amalfi to Capri and back! The boat was beautiful! Our Captain and mate were terrific! They sent specific photos of where to meet and we had a spectacular day!! On top of all thot, we had lunch at a phenomenal restaurant in Nerano, Il Cantucci. Family Adventure - The boat was beautiful. Our captain Iberto was excellent maneuvering the boat in and out of the caves and traffic. Francesca was a wonderful host sharing her knowledge of Naples and Capri with us. Fresh towels, delicious drinks and very fun to swim and learn about the area. They took care of a reservation for 10 of us on Capri for lunch. Great spot. Very reasonable. Amazing meal. 10/10 😎

Beautiful day in Capri and on the water! - Simona and Alfonso took great care of us all day, telling us the local stories and showing us all of the sights. They even gave us their own preferences for restaurants, which were great! Absolutely would recommend touring with them to Capri or anywhere else nearby!

Capri Trip with Andrea - My family and I had an amazing time visiting Capri! Andrea was a great captain. He made great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and site seeing. The tunes were also a big hit. We checked off bucket list items, visiting Blue Grotto and Natural Arc. To top it all off, he made a semi choppy ride enjoyable. Thank you Andrea!

Extremely Disappointing, Misleading, and Unsafe Experience - We had a deeply troubling experience with Charter System Sorrento, Positano Yacht & Boat that I feel compelled to warn others about. Our group had reserved two BMAX boats at a confirmed price. On the day of the tour, we were given different boats (Apreamare) and told they were “bigger and better.” However, this was not true. We had received PDF datasheets and a full pricing table from the company in advance that clearly showed these were the lowest-tier boats at a lower cost. The specs confirmed they were actually smaller and less expensive than what we had paid for. When we pointed this out, they continued to argue that these boats were an upgrade, despite the documentation showing otherwise. It took extensive back and forth, text screenshots, and pressure just to get them to adjust the price. Things took a further negative turn from there. We had specifically asked ahead of time the morning of, whether the weather conditions would be safe for a pleasant ride. This was asked hours before when we had heard of ferries being late/canceled due to poor weather. We were told not to worry and that the sea would be calm (see text). That turned out to be completely false. The water was rough from the beginning. The boat couldn’t even reach us on time, and we left over an hour late. Once on board, the conditions quickly became unsafe. Even the skipper admitted (on text) he had tried to contact the company to say it wasn’t safe to go out, but they chose to proceed anyway. This was not just poor service—it was dishonest, unsafe, and irresponsible. We had to fight to be fairly charged, were misled about the boats, and put in a situation that could have ended much worse. I strongly recommend booking with a more professional and safety-conscious company. This operator / charter cannot be trusted to put your well-being first and a headache in mental energy having to deal with incorrect payment charges especially even after putting a deposit months in advance. We were still charged in full.
