During the harvest, participants can admire the lemon pergola, olive trees, grapevines, farm animals, and a wide variety of typical Mediterranean flora and fauna. After an introduction and explanation of the menu, guided by the chefs, the preparation will commence. A selection of Italian aperitifs, homemade pasta such as Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Ravioli, or Lasagna with various sauces, main courses, and desserts are just some of the dishes that will be enjoyed at the end of the preparation. Once the food is ready, participants will have the opportunity to celebrate their achievements by tasting the different courses they have prepared. A welcome drink, wine, and mineral water are included!
